I come here every so often, but I have a friend who comes here very often and stays for a while to do her homework and everything. She orders the same thing every single time, either a salad or a sandwich. Today we were going there to meet up, she finished school early, so she went ahead. She ordered her salad, the same one she gets every single time. She asked for cheddar cheese, no croutons, extra ranch. They gave her parmesan cheese, croutons, and 1 caesar dressing (when you order extra, they give 2 cups of dressing). She tried to be kind and ended up just asking for some ranch, one of the lady was super sweet about it and she didn’t seem like she spoke english very well, the other employee started side eyeing her and whispering about her to her coworker. She ended up not eating her salad, because she’s allergic to the cheese, and croutons trigger her migraines. She didn’t even ask them to remake her salad, because she didn’t want the kind employee to get in trouble with her boss. She ended up reordering another salad when the boss left, but through the entire time, she continuously got side eyes and looks from the rude employee who kept looking at her uneaten salad. We ended up meeting up after a bit, she gave her uneaten salad to us and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Our group granted is pretty big, and we got pretty loud which is entirely our fault. Instead of telling us to quiet down, the rude employee yelled at us, called us crazy and proceeded to mutter insults at us. She said she’s never had much trouble with the employees before and she likes most of them, she comes over often to do her homework, they do sometimes mess up her order, but she doesn’t mind because it’s an honest mistake, but the rude employee had a lot crap to say for someone who messed up the entire order. In the future, we’ll be more careful with our volume, but this employee needs to learn how to deal with her attitude.

Is this the biggest sandwich in the fast sandwich space? I think it might be. Sure, it's more expensive, but the sandwiches they accurately and rapidly deliver are delicious. Large cold number seven, togo's style.

I’ve always received great service from the store manager of this store and staff.The store is always clean and the food is exceptionally great in compare to the other Togos restaurants that i’ve been to.
Me and husband always go to this place, but on 11/7/23 we ordered a Italian family Sandwich #16 on white bread. Everything was horrible! The bread was old the meat was old/sour. I got sick ,which I later found out it was Food Poison! I reached out to the manager the next business day and I was told he had to reach out to the owner and get back with me... Never going back!!!

First, they forgot to cut my sandwich, so I have to come back and ask, and when I started eating, sandwich was so cold, cheese wasn’t melted and chicken was cold.
Togo's in Fremont is our new go to sandwich place as it's down the street and the quality of sandwiches they make there are good. Staff is nice and the dining room is always clean. I've only done online ordering and I love it! Quick and easy.

It's Togo's, but considering our order history with them. We make the extra effort to drive to Stevenson to go to the other Togo's. Yet every once in a while i forget and get reminded.Basically food, service and ambiance all directly effect each other in a bad experience kind of whey. So, I guess that's 2 stars for consistency.

Ordered hot roast beef hoagies for $17. The messiest sandwich I've ever had. The American cheese and chipotle mayo overpowered the flavor. I could not taste the beef at all. Sorry that I didn't go to my go to Bob's Hoagies in Hayward. I won't make that mistake again.
