The first time I came my drink was a little slow I think we waited about 20 minutes but that was the only time I drink actually took a long time most of the time it's always fast but I went today and it took me about 5 minutes for to get done cuz other people were in front of me they have a claw machine they have a big speaker and it is an amazing atmosphere being an 11 year old with lights in in the place it's really cool and if you come here I suggest getting the cheese sticks they're only five maybe six dollars and they are good they give you seven of them with ranch with ketchup and celery and carrots they also have a lot of other yummy food I suggest trying the rose milk and Thai tea with poppy bobaKid-friendliness: The people are always very nice

This place has really lost its touch. I even found a bug on my drink! They are so low staff and it's sad cause they are trying and working so hard but it makes them not friendly at all, cause they are overworked. But I can't give this more then 2 stars because it isn't accurate.

Cool lookiing place. Dark and vibey. Service SLLLLOOOWWW. Tea, crazy sweet and artificial flavored. Boba, some of the hardest I've ever tasted in 26 years. They can do better. Pls.

Hmmm..this place seems pretty lacking. Ordered popcorn chicken, garlic fries, and 2 boba drinks - messy matcha and brown sugar milk tea. Popcorn chicken was pretty good. The garlic fries were extremely lacking. It barely smell like there's any garlic in there. It's literally just fries with a hint of garlic. The boba was disappointing, especially when it cost around $7 a drink. The messy matcha had no matcha flavor. All I tasted was sugar even though the sugar level was 75%. The boba was hard. Likewise with the brown sugar. Not sure if I would be coming back. Maybe just to try their desserts?

Had no idea this would place existed until one of my coworkers told me about so of course I had to go see what the hype was for myself, & just the ambience it's self was so nice definitely recommend this place, if you want something yummy for your tummy!
I had the banana milkshake with boba and my husband had the mocha milkshake with boba. Both were yummy. We also ordered the orange chicken that came with a salad. While we waited for the food, they give you tokens to play the claw machine and my husband had a good time with that. The orange chicken and rice were good, the chicken had an extra orange-y flavor.

Today I stop by with my daughter to get our favorite boba drinks Thai teas, the batista lady told me there was no boba for the day, then went to ask in the kitchen and they said it was like 20 minutes wait time I said okay, she gave me 2 tokens to play a cute toy vending machine, then out of no where the owner approached us I thong he will say sorry the wait is getting longer, however He came to apologize and offered 50% off my drinks, I was without words, I said you don't have to but he kindly insisted, I said thank you and then he comes back 10 minutes later with 2 more tokens and a delicious fresh chocolate cake piece, to thank us for waiting, I felt the level of kindness from this person was so beyond what we are used to now days it touch my soul, I felt like crying, I thank you so much for the treatment it was so unreal, but I appreciate it so much this level of kindness and service to his customers, I hope he get more people to come and experience awesome place, kind service and delicious drinks and food.
