The owner does not pay he’s employees not only is that extremely unprofessional it is guess what illegal. The pastries just sits there and costumers are giving old pastries that have been there for god knows.

Nasty place all in general. Nasty costumer service. Their coffee is sick and the deli was soggy. I don't know much about the food there besides the sandwiches. I went to both the store and the stand the men were sitting at the store on phones not doing much. While at the stand there was ONE girls with a line working her @$$ off. African American girl just busting out there very sweet for the most part she just seemed in a rush.

Went in girl was on her phone the whole time making customers coffee which that should have been my concern in the beginning but i still waited. When she finished I had already been waiting for 10 min never did she acknowledge or attended us. I was literally waiting to order when she was on her phone once again. We ended up leaving. Bad customer service when given this info to other workers on different day, they seemed they knew who I was talking about. As a buisness owner I would like for my customers to have a great experience.

This company, rather than ordering through Sysco or a similar food service company, orders their supplies from Sam's Club and they use Instacart to deliver the items to them. These are often times heavy orders with big quantities! Imagine being an Instacart driver, going to Sam's Club, doing all the shopping, putting everything in boxes or bags, heading to the store-which by the way is in the mall, near the food court, so there is very little parking, and also no parking near the store. You bring them all of their items, saving them a ton of time and energy, and then you click delivered and see that they don't even have the decency to provide a tip, which is something that Instacart Drivers rely on to make money! Not even speaking to how inconsiderate this is of the shoppers time, mileage, wear and tear on their car, but how about just be a decent person and throw a couple of bucks on the order out of respect and as a professional courtesy! Please stay away from this business and boycott purchasing anything from them until they reconsider there business practices and show some appreciation for the effort that there Instacart shoppers are giving for them! Almost every customer on Instacart is a residential customer, someone who just needs groceries from a local Store and almost all of them at least tip a couple of dollars for the service and the convenience that Instacart shoppers provide! I implore this business to do the same!

Place is decent desserts and drinks, but customer service is off. Not terrible just not very welcoming. Last time they didn't have big cups for cold drinks and didn't have small cups for hot drinks so I just went with whatever they had. What ruined my experience most was the ice and the drink because the worker said she was running low on the drink but if that was the case she should've never gave us the drink if it wasn't enough. I have heard not to get the sandwiches, but I never tried them.

I hate to post this negative review but I have no choice. I've been trying to get a hold of somebody from the store for over a couple days to order some of their product. This review is strictly for their service, the number listed on their website is incorrect and any messages sent to them are never received or no one responds. I understand if businesses get busy and they can't get back to the customers in a timely fashion, but you're not even return phone calls emails text messages through the messenger or through the business app is down right non-businesslike. I will say this I have had some of their product at the Riverpark farmers market and it was actually very good it is just unfortunate he can't reach anyone to make orders and they are not available on DoorDash or any other other delivery methods.
Who places an Instacart order shopping for a business and leaves 0 tip? What a way to represent your business.

I’m only commenting on the one drink I’ve had in this place - HOLY GRAILIt’s great alternative to the Starbucks drinks~ I personally would drink again.It’s latte with hazelnut and white chocolate flavor topped with cold foam.I recommend drinking from the straw and stir it occasionally to mix in the cold foam with the latte.I’m normally not a crazy sweet tooth person, but this drink has a great balance.Seriously give HOLY GRAIL a try~
