Terrible service. I pre-ordered a Father's Day cake 10 days prior to pick up. Called a couple of days before I was supposed to get it to ask for Saturday pick up versus Sunday pick up. The girl I spoke to said no problem, it would be ready Saturday at 11am. Saturday comes and I left at 12 to pick it up because I didn't realize the time. When we got there we learned the cake was never made and there was a mistake. And wanted us to wait an hour, which I didn't have time for. I was already late and needed to get back to my party. The person I spoke to apologized but acted helpless, the "manager" who I didn't realize was standing right next to us, never spoke a word during our conversation. Then came out and said I could wait for a refund in a couple of days. But lacked any empathy or remorse. I'm not sure why she was promoted to a manager yet never stepped in to be one during the conversation. Only popped out when she told me it would take a couple of days for a refund. It's not like people are beating down the doors and lining up to have ice cream cakes made. So when someone is ordering a specialty cake the least you could do is...the job, make an ice-cream cake. What's happened to the industry? I will no longer get ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins, this was just unacceptable. Quite curious how they stay in business.

Over priced ice cream. $5 for one scoop. wtf. All the fruit taste like cough medicine. Very cheap artificial s*** used here. Then they had almonds in their pistachio ice cream. My girl threw her ice cream away after one bite. And she LOVESSS ice cream.
