We repeated our order clearly twice at the speaker, then 3 times again at the window because they had it wrong. Guess what? We still got the wrong order. It was simple: A Whopper, a Jr. Whopper, then a double Whopper without pickles or tomato. We got 3 sandwiches with only ketchup and lettuce on them. It was over 10 minutes as well. There were 3 employees reviewing our simple order, and we couldn't fathom how in the world they still got it wrong.

Was Greeted, Vanessa, Absolutely The BEST & FRIENDLIEST Greeting Ever at any Fast Food restaurant, Vanessa was Enthusiastic, Helpful & had a Great attitude. The Drive thru was Super Fast & clean. The gentleman, serving the drinks & food was GREAT! Plus Best Italian Chicken sandwich Ever at any Fast Food restaurant!I will Definitely stop here at this Burger King when I am in the area.Parking: Plenty of parking

Just spent $40 on 2 meals for them to completely mess it up. My sons chicken nugget meal was supposed to be with a large fry, he got onion rings, he’s a child he won’t eat onion rings. My Bacon King Meal that was nearly $20 alone had SO MUCH MAYO on it, it was inedible! The onion rings which I DID request for MY meal tastes freezer burnt/moldy. Also my meal was supposed to come with a Diet Coke and my sons meal was supposed to come with a regular coke, BOTH meals came with a regular coke. AND then the whopper jr I ordered on the side for my child was supposed to have just ketchup, meat, and buns and we got it completely dry with no ketchup. Everything about this very expensive meal was wrong, only thing that came out right was the 8 piece chicken nuggets! And how amusing it is when you try to call the store for an hour straight and they don’t answer the phone and then a crew member must of gotten irritated I kept calling because they then started picking up the phone and hanging it up on me. Absolutely unprofessional. Wasn’t even a hard order. Obviously they were cutting corners by giving us both onion rings and both the same sodas even though the orders were different and clearly say on the make board and tags. Never will I go back to this location!

This place has really been hit or miss. More so when it comes to the service. The food is as to be expected, but it's always the service in the evening hours that really lacks quality. We ordered my daughter Frozen Cherry Fanta but were told all that they have is Strawberty Lemonade. So, we ordered that instead and were handed a green frozen drink. We tried to confirm that it was Strawberry Lemonade and received that confirmation from the employee. But in no way did it taste like lemonade or strawberry, so after getting home and doing a search it was found out that it was the "Mystety Flavor". This just compounded the issue with service at this location. Last time my wife ordered breakfast here, she was cussed at but the person claiming to be a manager when she tried to report that they got our order wrong, but that was some time ago - unlikely anyone currently employed there.We typically would only come here due to the proximity to home and if we were in a pinch for dinner, but I don't think that will be happening again.

Asked for a water cup and they said they are gonna charge me which is absurd, plus the tables are dirty not even cleaned up, seats are ripped, soda machine don't even work and I don't know who's idea it was but they put a spider web decoration on the machine which blocks the drink so you can't even fill the drink it doesn't make sense and and then they decided to give me a free small water after 10 minutes and the water looked brown I think they tried to poison me no wonder this place has 1 start reviews consistently

Ordered my food thur the drive thur waiting 30 min when I finally got to the window the sort fat wanna be manager was trying to make fun of me why I only ordered 10$ worth of food. I asked her what was the problem she continues to laugh and hand me my drink so I decided to throw the soda at her face. I'm not the one skank if you don't like working in a fast food paycheck to paycheck job go be a hooker or stripper

Those french toast sticks are something special, truly. So good! The ambience could definitely use some work and the worker smelled my bacon before putting it on my breakfast sandwich, kind of odd behavior exemplified at this location.
Not our old Burger King, my whopper Jr was tasteless.My girl got a more expensive burger and the meat taste a lot better.Definitely different meat.GOD BLESS EVERYONE ???

I was craving some meat.....like meat meat. I felt famished! Went to BK for the Bacon King... it did not disappoint! BK fries were nice and hot and perfectly salted! Unfortunately, BK was understaffed or swamped with orders but it took twice as long to get through the drive-thru. But....the flavors and perfectly cooked foods made up for it.

The manager or assistant manager is the worst in this location. He seen me standing in line just ignore me then help out one other customer then took his order then walk away again didn't even acknowledge me and finally took my order. I waited 20min with no customers inside the place (other than 1) nor in the drive thru. The food was great and hot just terrible management.

To call this place “fast food” is ridiculous. They always take the longest time even when there’s literally no one there. The staff is the most incompetent staff I’ve ever come across. They don’t know what they’re doing and always manage to screw up my order. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s not worth it.

I ordered my meal which did not come out as I had ordered no. The cashier was new and made a mistake so I ended up with a meal I did not order and was going to eat it set down inside and proceeded to eat my meal about five minutes later one of the managers walked up with the sandwich I had ordered and apologize for the mistake. I was very surprised and was planning on not returning however I will return to that restaurant due to the great service really appreciate it
