Me and my wife went to Castillo's to give it another chance. I really wanted to have a better experience and that didn't happen. We were seated at a really small table which was okay since it was only two of us but right after we ordered my son called and wanted to join us. We asked the host if we could move because my son was going to join us. The host was cool about it and gave us a bigger table. Me and my wife grabbed our drinks and the guy grabbed our plates. He was very accommodating. After the move to the new table everything went south. The waitresses straight up ignored us. No one came to check on us. I found the host and asked if I could order food for my son. He sent a waitress and she took our order. After that no one asked if we needed anything. My son showed up and I had to ask the host if we could have the food we ordered. The food was in a to-go box sitting on the counter. The waitress that brought the food looked mad. Three different waitresses walked by us as they were attending to customers seated around us and didn't ask us if we needed anything. After my son finished his food we knew no one was going to bring us the bill so we walked up to the front counter to pay. There was no way they were getting a tip. The experience was very disappointing and I will not go back. I would love to review the food but to be honest the service was so bad it is all I can think about.

Have not been here in years. I can't believe I waited so long. My enchiladas were very good. Beans and rice were fresh and flavorful. Wait staff was friendly. This is worth the drive if you live north of town.

Obindigas are very good. Nicely decorated. Taco shells suck and salsa taste like it comes from a can. Prices too high.

We came in from out of town & we decided to come eat here for the first time. As soon as you go through the door you're greeted with a smile from the guy sitting everyone. Making sure everything is running smoothly. Waiting 20 minutes during rush hour and got seated comfortably for a party of 6. The chips and salsa are bomb & the FOOD is even better. We got the albóndigas the breakfast is great also! Even the shrimp ceviche tostada! BUT THE BEST thing is the customer service from the waiters also! It's a bit dark inside but once you're in there you get used to it. Highly recommended!

We came to visit from Arizona and let me tell you ! The food was great BUT customer service was exceptional ! From the moment you come in you are greeted with a smile and the service was so friendly ! The albóndigas were so delicious! Everything was 10/10 place was full but it's huge so you don't feel crowded !

Always get the tostada!!! Chili Colorado is tender and flavorful. Anyone in the restaurant business should eat here once to learn how you are supposed to treat people and make them feel welcome. We wish Castillo's many, many years of great success. Thanks for another delicious dinner!

I found a hair n the abondiga soup, they asked me if I wanted another bowl of soup. I was like ummmm No, they didn't charge me for the soup. Went back a month later, n the food just wasn't the same like it was back n the day.... Guess as time goes by, it's just not the same anymore
