Their quality in food is not great fries are worse than McDonald's fries soggy no crisp, the meat just taste freezer burnt not worth the price for the quality of sandwich, also don't order on the app because it'll say items and then when you get it they won't have them.

Doing some shopping and shopping makes you hungry! Got the everyday special for 7.99 and added bacon for $1. Fries are good, sandwich ain't bad for the price. My first pick when it comes to mall food lol . They keep their area clean. Service was fast especially for it being around holiday time. Satisfied.

They always close at least 15 minutes early. I tried to rush and fishing shopping got there around 7:45 and they were closed already it's happened about at least three or four times now . They should really adjust their times!

The hiring manager needs to reevaluate the strategies used to hire their current staff. Every single person I encountered was very rude. I was the only customer and it was not a busy time. I ordered a simple order and did not ask them any questions. Very easy transaction. I do not understand what could possibly make them so rude and explain their attitudes towards a paying customer. They need to be taught how to relieve their personal unhappiness in a healthier manner. This poor behavior was displayed in the food as well.

The quality of our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches was ok & no mushrooms found in the sandwich at all (I was looking and couldn't taste them either). Overall, the experience was pretty good at the register and that is why I'm giving them 3 stars ⭐ but the sandwich isn't that great even the taste isn't like what I remember from the past from other restaurants much like Charley's. Please improve the ? sandwich, because for 13.49/Large this isn't what I was expecting at all! It's filling but it just isn't what I was expecting when I expected mushrooms and onions and I good amount of cheese to bind it together.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly as it is inside of the mall and there's place for kids to playParking: Hard to find a parking spot in a mallWheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible there's no instructions
Bryson and Nicole are some really great people they know how to keep the customers happy they need a raise I highly recommend this spot!!!!!!

I love Charley's the cooks were great the food amazing as always but today on my lunch the cashier Destiny was very unpleasant. She had an attitude when I approached her, i ordered calmly and she miss heard my entire order. She got my lemonade wrong I said it's ok and didn't get my cheese fries, I didn't appreciate the attitude. I'm a very cheerful person and she was not pleasant to work with she rolled her eyes at me and did not apologize. Everyone is going through a hard time please think about the impact you leave on people. I'm grateful for my food and will always love Charley's I hope things get better.
