Went tonight about 615. Line was super long and only 1 person doing the orders which was crazy as it was super busy. Then carnitas was a 20 min wait burrito was overstuffed and they had hard time wrapping it up. When I went to eat it it just all fell apart I should have just gotten a bowl at that point . Felt they needed more help for sure

So, like, EVERY time I order through the app at this location, I end up waiting a solid 25-35 minutes more than what the app promises for pickup. It's such a bummer, I live nearby, and it's annoying to deal with. So, I've been hitting up a different location lately because this one's been slacking on that for a while now.

Online order over 10 minutes late because they were "busy". That's business. Order of a veggie burrito with extra everything was pitifully small. They've been good at times but swings like this are not good for business.EDIT: Response from owner/Chipotle went to a ridiculous chat with warnings of being recorded and a chatbot. Lowered rating due to this lackluster effort to fix the issue.

Popped in to a good ol’ chipolte, came around 5:20 busy at first and seemed a bit disorganized, but it was just mid shifts with employees switching. Staff was super kind, generous with portions, and went above and beyond to even talk to the guest and make sure everything was ok.Also observed constant cleaning and replacement of food the entire time which further proves quality was ensured.I do recommend eating here?

Please just put a sign up for the drive thru stating it’s for mobile orders only.
I was having a pretty terrible day and I ordered through the mobile app asking for double everything. Not only did they absolutely load my bowl up, I also got a free bag of chips. Thank you chipotle employees for making my day better :)

Since this is a newer chipotle restaurant in our area I thought I would stop in being low on time.As I was focused on ordering and quickly eating so I could get going, I didn't notice his dirty this place is.After getting my food and going to the drink station and then to find a place to sit down, it wasn't until then that I saw how filthy this place was. Whoever manages this location, I would suggest that you shut this place down for a day and deep clean or bring in an overnight crew. It's pretty bad.The food was expensive and mediocre at best for what it was. The low reviews are legit. I should have read first. I won't be coming back here.

Made a online order to support my sons school fundraiser. My order was set to be ready at 5:10 but had to wait till 6 PM because they were short staffed and running behind, knowing they had a fundraiser. Anyone looking to use them for a fundraiser think twice, they are poorly managed!
