Food was decent but sure didn't live up to the hype. Finally tried them out and heard the burrito was the biggest size, but in actuality, the bowl size with a side of tortilla is the better option because it's cheaper and you get a bigger portion. The beef(asada) option was a bit bland, you're better off with the pork(carnitas) option, and this coming from someone who prefers asada over carnitas.

What is there to not love about Chipotle? This one I like that there's so many things in the area to do. The food, as usual, was excellent. The service was fast and didn't feel rushed. They went out of their way to accommodate my lemon juice.
Your bathrooms are disgusting! So bad that no one has cleaned them for weeks! Wonder if your food is that dirty !

Horrible portion sizes and bad attitude from staff. I asked for half and half and for meat, and they literally took meat out of my burrito just to throw away. Really, 1oz of meat is that detrimental to a billion dollar business? Terrible.
You can see the company appeared to reach out after this review. I figured I would honor that respect and actually take the time to communicate with them. It appears this response was AI or an attempt to make the company look better. Nobody at this location or the corporate contacts appeared interested in discussing the matter further. Oh well.

This refers to the Chipotle in North Fresno on Nees off of Blackstone. The food was good and the service was great. But the restrooms are a disaster! The Mens room door doesn't lock and another man walked in while I was urinating. Then the urinal didn't flush and the handle did nothing. There are two Mens rooms and a Family room, no Ladies room, and that was not clean! They need to improve!

This Nees location is a joke. Absolutely the filthiest eatery I've ever been in. The floor of the grill area behind the servers was incredibly dirty. Tabletops were filthy and strewn with food bits. I stood in line, but just couldn't bring myself to order anything and walked out. Never again. Do better, Chipotle.(If it matters, this was around 1:30 on a Monday afternoon.)
