Cashier did not great us. They did not call when are drinks were ready. The iced mocha, the most simple of drinks had dreams of having chocolate but it's dreams never came true. When this place was The Revue it was the same...although the name changed at least the quality did not. Tower deserves a better coffee shop.

Had a wonderful coffee date here, and it 100% exceeded my expectations. The Rose latte is a must! The employees were super friendly and polite they even asked what my preferred tastes were. I will definitely be returning here.

Very bad customer service, the attitude of the person who attended me was in a very bad way, the way I take my order felt very heavy, the only thing I would return would be for the beauty of the place but otherwise I don’t think so, a good service starts with good customer

I used to come here in the past when it was the Review, but stopped after it changed hands. I like it because it's in the tower and has nice seating both indoors and outdoors.I really don't have much to say about the menu as I've only tried their coffee and hot chocolate; both of which were OK, just nothing special. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. The important thing to understand here is that beyond the food and drink this establishment is popular as a place to meetup and hangout in the Tower and because of that they could probably serve coffee from a Mr Coffee and folks would still come. Notwithstanding my mediocre rating, I'll be back, for sureI'll try one of their menu items and revisit this review.

I love it here but the guy that took my order this morning had an attitude for no reason. How do start your morning that way ?damn attitude is such inconvenience I switched my from “to here” order “ to go “ & he acted like it was the biggest speed bump of his life. The simplest fix relax breath take it

I walked into this coffee shop for the first time and was surprised on how beautiful and clean it was. However, the associates that were working we're not very friendly and came came across as miserable. Since this was my first time stepping into this store I had some questions and they acted like I shouldn't be bothering them. I expect this type of behavior coming from a corporate store, like Starbucks, not from a localing own store.

Cute Tower District coffee shop with good espresso and a really nice back room. A lot of good seating and good, unique ambience. Nice stop!

I was there a a couple of months ago. The barista came across snobby and seemed annoyed when I asked her for an ice blended drink. FYI, they don't do those apparently. My drink was decent, but not great.

Cappuccino was good but not hot. Fifteen minutes before closing the staff practically takes the outside chairs from under you because they want to close on time. What's more important? Closing on time or having customers feel welcome and important? The atmosphere could be funky but the place is drafty and cold.
