It was my first time ever having deli delicious and it didn't disappoint. Awesome flavors, quality meat, veggies and bread. I also ordered some beer battered fries that were fire which i dipped in ranch. The sandwich i ordered was the turkey, avocado and bacon. Again it was fire! Reason I but a one star for service was they forgot my bacon, I called and they are going to replace my sandwich and I'll come back and put a 5*.

In 2005, Deli Delicious sandwiches were recommended to me; it was a good call. I have visited at least nine separate locations and eaten dozens of DD sandwiches and a few of their salads over the past nearly two decades. Our regular go-to combo is ham & cheese (Provolone) with all the veggies on a Dutch crunch roll. We usually share a large and are usually pleased enough to return within a week or two. DD is a franchise, so each store is separately owned & operated within a set of standards by the parent company. The franchises benefit by sharing advertising and branded packaging (wrappers, bags, cups, etc) expenses and gaining volume purchasing pricing with some suppliers. The consumer benefits of franchised businesses are (theoretically) a greater number of locations and consistency of both menu items and quality. Consistency depends upon the parent company setting standards and then mentoring performance and monitoring compliance. Deli Delicious brand seems to set a reasonably high quality standard. Based upon my many transactions, however, mentoring and/or monitoring lacks some rigor. There is some portion variation of sandwich ingredients between locations. Now and then, some employees act with indifference or irritation. All factors considered, for a decent sandwich, Deli Delicious is a good choice, Not as good as some mom & pop delis. but certainly much better than the nearest competitor among franchises (Subway). *this review is NOT location-specific*

Order was ready for 5 minutes, no one called my name, there was no bacon or lettuce, both men I talked to did not say sorry or thank you, very impolite
Just ordered from this location and wasn't happy with their service. We ordered two sandwiches online both with sprouts and when I checked them in my car there wasn't any sprouts added. I went back inside to inquire about it and the tall girl behind the counter kind of rudely told me that they're all out of sprouts until they get their shipment. To which I told her nobody told me that. She seemed overall annoyed with our interaction which I felt was unwarranted since I merely asked about it very nicely. Not sure if the workers have access to update their online ordering system but someone should be more on top of it. How are you gonna have a "Turkey Avocado and Sprouts" sandwich available on the menu to order and not have the sprouts? And granted they only charge .25 to add them to other sandwiches, but still. A heads up would have been nice or at least a nicer attitude when I asked about it.

Love having a DD in tower! The sandwiches are great and the service is excellent! The manager works the front line when needed and is amazing at keeping staff on target. Great energy from the manger there!

Only 1 start cause I had to. The tallish dark haired “manager” at this location is nothing but rude when me and my coworkers go in for a drink or a sandwich. Always giving us attitude when it is not needed and always staring at us with disgust whenever we walk in. She is even uncourteous to her workers as well. Something needs to be done because this location will lose business if this woman does not change her attitude.

When I entered the building the store was stale smelling there were scraps of food on the floor, dirty tables. The greeting was not inviting, Employee was not Suggestive. Messed up my order then when it was remade it was still messed up so definitely not happy with this location whatsoever will not revisit that location ever again it definitely made me not want to have Deli delicious for a little while. But I love Douglas so I will be back just definitely not to that tower location. Especially for the price I paid $71.86 never again never never ever.
