They gave me a dirty cup, overcooked fries that had to be swapped out for our burger, and we had to wait ten minutes to be seated like we weren't even there. The only thing that went well was our waitress; the rest of the staff was so unprofessional that I wouldn't waste my money eating there again.

Didn't eat there, and don't think I ever will, I was sitting across the street at the bus stop, that Denny's is swarming with homeless, the crazy dangerous kind that yell at demons, walk around with their pants down around their ankles etc.

Keep up the good job in making that milkshake they are very good but wish you guys have diabetic food because I type 2 diabetic and I need to eat more healthier than you guys have and the menu so I wish you the best in taking this in as a customer for your restaurant more healthy food on your menu if you could take it in consideration

We had a breakfast meeting there at 7am two weeks ago. One waitress working the conference room. She was nice and tried her best. Most all of our food was cold and we had to wait a long time for drink refills. We had reservations, so I thought you would be ready for us and be prepared for such a big party of people. Again I would like to thank the waitress for doing her best to serve 20 people.

I actually just needed a place to hang out while my truck was being worked on, and this place was within walking distance. The staff were friendly, I was seated promptly, and the service was good.
Worst dennys ever. They had us waiting close to an hour. Some people that came after us were done with their meal and out and we hadn't received our food. We ended up leaving. Not coming back ever again. Plus place smells bad they need to clean more.

Not the best place to eat around other than the food and service was great but it is sad to see a lot of homeless people outside but we all know it's not the restaurants fault but can do better like the McDonald's which hired a private security to keep them off the property and Denny's should do the same just to make the customers better experience and bring back customers more often

I really love this location, I'm always treated at a timely manner & with kindness. Today I came in & the server I had named Guadalupe was very kind & respectful when taking our order & bringing the food! She was the only server & I'm very satisfied with the service I got here today. She did a great job. I appreciate the hard work! Makes you happy eating here & puts you in a good mood :) I recommend coming more often !

I would give this place a negative 10. We walked in this establishment about 8:30pm after attending the Fresno fair. The waitress told us as soon as we walked in that she will not be taking any orders for 35 minutes. We asked if there was no staff. She then told us that everyone was on a break. I would not recommend this Dennys.

The staff and the interior restaurant deserve more stars but the location hurts my opinion of the restaurant in general due to the amount of homeless and the type of people I see walking and hanging around the parkinglot of this location. It's not so much Denny's or there employees fault and I wouldn't recommend them to be responsible for maintaining what goes on outside the buisness as much as I would blame the police and the City counsel members for lacking and not doing more to make the area look and feel safer. There's no money to be made for them running the loiters off so they don't care !
