First, I would like to say that Franco and his staff are absolutely incredible and accommodating, we did my sisters 45th birthday party here, Franco recommended that we do a family style menu with a variety of pizzas, pasta, and salad and unlimited drinks. The price was unbeatable, and everybody Enjoyed the delicious food, there was even plenty to take home afterward, the service and attention to detail was absolutely incredible and my family enjoyed the ambience and overall welcoming experience that we had here. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for acquaint or hosting 20+ birthday party.

Placed an online order for pick up two orders of lasagna and bread. When I arrived home to open them the bread was very hard and old. The lasagna sauce tasted like it came out of a jar, and both orders were cold and hard in the middle. Do not recommend this place.Very disappointing. Won’t order from here again. Called the restaurant to let them know about the food and I was just told if I put it in the oven and warm it up it would be delicious. Try to explain that the sauce wasn’t very good, but I was hung up on very unprofessional.

I had hopes... HIGH hopes... that this place would still be as great as I remembered it from when my friends and I would go there back-in-the-day! *SMH* I was sadly disappointed to experience the decline in the quality of their food and service. When hubby and I walked in we weren't even certain they were open because there were no other customers... at 6:00 p.m. The restaurant itself was very cold (both temperature wise, as well as the environment) - VERY uninviting. I ordered the Chicken Parm and I have to say it was substandard, and there was WAY too much oregano in their sauce (it's almost overpowering) with an overabundance of parsley flakes as a garnish. The chicken itself was three (unbreaded) cutlets, that were half the size of the palm of your hand, the pasta sauce was watery, the pasta was over cooked and slightly mushy, and the veggies served were undercooked. I'm sad to see this place has gone down hill because it used to be a wonderful place to frequent. The only reason I gave it one star was because the lone serve did an excellent job, and she deserves a shout out for all of her hard work.

Tastes like you are home! Sonja, thank you for the outstanding customer service you provide to me and all the families that were seated in your area. Truth be told the entire staff was friendly and sweet. From the girl that brought my wine and noticed I was reading a book and replaced the batteries in my table lamp, to the lady that sat me and provided me several of her favorites on the menu and Sonja who brought me two pieces of tiramisu, because the one that was thawed, didn't look pretty enough , and then offered to brew me a pot of fresh coffee. The ambience was perfect, the food was delicious, and the prices are great. Every bite was a symphony of flavors that made my taste buds jump for joy, and think I was in my grandma's kitchen. What a great find on a business trip.

Didn't have time to order any food. We finally got seated after 5mins. As soon as I sat down I looked at the top of my table and a big long hair right on top were the waitress just place an extra set of silverware. My wife was disgusted. So we got up and left.

Owned by great people, and we've never been disappointed with the food. It always hits the spot and feels like home. We know we can always count on Di Ciccos!

Only one server, hostess, bus person working the dining room AND a banquet. It took 39 minutes from placing our order to it being served at our table. My dinner was so bland I requested extra oil and garlic. When it FINALLY came our dinners were already in to go containers. As I picked up the garlic oil, which was in a styrofoam cup, the bottom melted away and seeped all over the table. Better the table than my lap. I won’t be back to this location.I just called the restaurant to express my displeasure which I hardly ever do. That phone call was worse than the service. The woman in short said my displeasure was my own fault and the gave us top notch service. SO DISAPPOINTING!

Decided to give this place another try. Bad mistake. The same rude lady answered the phone and placed me on hold several times. Got home to find a burnt pizza in the box. Unbelievable. Clearly this Dicicco's does not value customer service or quality food!

Our Scarface dish was served with turkey meat instead of chicken. Also the sauce was thick and not flavored at all. It was disgusting. The Franchesco's pasta dish had only three small pieces of dime-sized chicken pieces and the peas were missing altogether. And this dish was served with penne pasta, instead of the bowtie pasta. We waited a really long time for our food and expected it to be great. There was only two other people in the restaurant so I don't understand why we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Please do not waste your money here.

I was at DiCicco's for a large gathering to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had pizza and salad all prepared to serve a large group. The food was delicious. I really liked the salad. It was served already seasoned with ranch dressing. It had cherry tomatoes and olives. The pizza was served hot. I will go here again to try out the regular menu.

Ate with a friend at this location of Di Cicco's on Sunday, 10/23/23. No one at host station when we entered the restaurant. Single server greeted us after we stood at the host station for about a minute. Server was helpful when sparking wine came to the flat and suggested alternative wine. Had to ask for the bread about 4 times. Server stated it was browning on top. Didn't receive bread until we were eating our entrees and then bread was burned on the bottom and still uncooked in the middle. Entrees served with watery sauces which mixed together. Chicken piccata sauce did not taste of lemon at all. When we asked for the bill, we were given hand written total, server stated that printer was broken. When I asked to see the itemized bill, server had me come to the back of the restaurant. I observed what might have been an older white man working the line (with oxford button-up shirt), making the food. It made me wonder if the chef called in sick or the owner thought he could work the line without a chef. If so, prep was not done prior to the work day and person behind the line cannot cook if serving customers watery sauces. Avoid this location. It does not have even the basics for customers.
