I am very disappointed with this specifc Dutch Bros location, every other Dutch Bros I've been to are quick and efficient in providing good customer service and quick turn around for coffee no matter the amount of customers. But this location has the slowest turn around time it took 50 minutes from the time I ordered to the time they provided the (2) Large iced coffees. Do not recommend going to this Dutch Bros Location.

I don't like attitude with my coffee. I'm paying 7 dollars for a small coffee and ol' girl wants to charge me more for asking for more cream to be added? My coffee was way too dark meaning you didn't add enough cream to begin with. You know how when you get a drink and you can tell it's not going to be good by the color? Those who get it, get it.

Drinks are good and most of the employees are great, especially Albert and Taylor. There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a beanie/hat who has assisted me twice now and acts like I am bothering him for placing an order or asking a simple question.

I walked in in the afternoon. They had at least 6 people who saw me walk in and come up to the counter to order and no one helped me for over 8 minutes. I was ready to walk out because I had had enough when one of the guys who SAW ME finally came up and asked me what I wanted. I was pissed by then but extremely thirsty so I ordered. I got my drink pretty quick after that, but at that point I wasn't going to buy something to eat because of what had happened earlier.

2/10/24 Getting coffee to go with breakfast for tomorrow! Drive-thru! Long line! Moved at a medium pace. Two small Americano coffees with almond milk & Stevias ordered. The worker was very kind and welcoming. Referenced the Super Bowl tomorrow! Received shortly later with well wishes! 2/11/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready per usual! My coffee with breakfast was Delicious! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she has hers! Good service & Great coffees! Highly recommended!

Poor Service, waited over 25 minutes in line at a drive through. Pathetic, tried to go there because it was on the way to freeway would have left without the drink if wasn't blocked in the drive
