One time I was there trying to eat my order in the dining area and the employees were bickering through my entire meal. So I only go to the drive thru and they always mess up ur order. Terrible customer service. Please find new management that knows how to hire responsible (non aggressive people) and once again! Get the order right the first time. My soda was flat cuz it had been sitting on the counter for a while. The girl on the drive thru tonight should be fired.

How good we placed the order by phone and we went to pick it up when we arrived the order was waiting for us wow those roasted chicken pieces I already want to return they told me a lot about this place as very good but they were wrong it's more than good it's excellent 5 stars ?

Well it would have been a 5 star, but the workers making the food kept getting our order wrong. The Guy that took our order repeated correctly, but when the order was sent to the cooks, they got it wrong 2 times. Which we were in the drive way. We just drove around and told the guy they missed up on our order, so he got it back and repeated himself to the cooks, which they got it wrong again. Now the Manager was getting mad because we were at the window for a long time. Its not our fault, we were in the drive through longer then usual time, they didnt get it right the first 2 times. It just didnt make sense at all and it sure wasnt the guy fault either that took our order. They need to pay attention to the order thats is given to them so they at least get it right. Just saying

No more lemon?? Seriously? So many people ask for lemon I don't understand why they wouldn't carry it anymore. And the hot sauce packets... ALWAYS out!! I feel like getting a lottery ticket when it is in stock. I've decided to no longer eat here. Always disappointed.

We ordered a meal, a bowl combo, and a double chicken tostada. I got home, and I realized that they didn’t place my tostada. I called, and I came to pick up my tostada - to my surprise! They didn’t apologize nor offer extra tostada. They are rude no professionalism at all. They should be closed and fired everyone!!
