As a family with a picky eater, having a great burger joint who has literally never gotten an order wrong is a godsend. We order from this place all the time - the food is great, the milkshakes are amazing and the service has always been fantastic.

Great food, good service and clean restaurant. Food was on par of quality of Five Guys. Not cheap, but less expensive than Five Guys. Burgers were large as were their chicken sandwiches. We got their fat fries as my wife and I love steak fries. I also had a chocolate milk shake, which was great. We also bought a couple of cookies, which were awesome...warm, freshly baked and large. Food was perfectly seasoned and you could taste the quality and freshness of the food. Only negative was access and parking, but when we arrived it wasn't crowded, so we did find a parking space. I believe we found our new hamburger hangout place.

Ordered through DoorDash some wings and they were bland and not crispy. The sauce was watery and chicken had no flavor. The fries were soggy and bland as well. Order two ranches and they forgot to add the ranch to the order. Over all not worth it.

Ordered a fat burger. Just one fat burger. And I've been waiting like 30+ minutes now. While looking at people who came in after me get their big orders taken care of. SMH. Some of the worst service ever.

I love Fat Burger. I've only eaten there in Las Vegas. We ordered the other night for delivery here in Fresno. Our order came pretty fast. We ordered the cheese burger, bacon burger and a chocolate shake to share. All of the food was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. Our food was still warm when we received it. I have to say the shake by far was my favorite since I love sweets. I recommend if you want good burgers and shakes.

Haven't been here for maybe 6 months now since their quality was down. Ordered my usual. Large burger and extra crispy skinny fries and some chili on the side. Everything came out perfect. Presentation was on point. And each fry was crispy to the bite. Even at the end of the meal. This team is ON POINT! Will be back! I hope others have great experience as I have. I don't normally even leave reviews but I'm impressed today. Thank you guys!
