Service was terrible. They took an extraordinary amount of time to serve us as just as long to take our order. My chicken shwarma wrap was pretty good tho; the flavor was great but it needed more sauce. My friend who ordered the chili cheese fries, however, was so grossed out that he couldn't eat anything.

This place does not have good customer service. Twice I have called in my order ahead of time and I still had to wait a half hour. Today, I asked her to have it ready by 12. She repeated it back to me 3 different times. When I came in, she looked at me and said "12:15?" They also had no other orders they were working on. The food is good, but there is a serious lack in customer service. Even though I work across the street, I will not be going back there, and I will not recommend it to my coworkers anymore either.

This is our 2nd ordering from this establishment. 1st time was bad but it’s been a yr & wantd to give them another try.. THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER BIG BIG TIME WE ORDERED 2 Plates of CHICKEN MANDI & how tf can u mess tht up?!!!!! As well as lamb mendi.. the only thing they got right was the lamb Bt u can tell it was already sitting for a long time(probably a previous customer who cancelled their order) the rice was whtever. I am soo disappointed bc we spent more than $50.. Mind u this was take out, which I am soo mad about bc I wish I opened my order while I was still there??.. nor did they care to answer their phone so I can ask what went wrong. I ended up giving it to homeless ppl on the street..
