This company is terrible. The company I work for is a small business. We received 2 boxes of bad creamers. They were delivered to us in September, however, we did not need to open the box until November. The expiration date on the box clearly read 11/7/23. When we opened them the first Sunday in November they were bad (curdled). I wasn't able to contact the company until later in November. Once I did contact them within the month of November the office manager, stated that there was nothing they could do because it was delivered in September. She basically said that we probably stored them wrong. Which was not the case because they had been in our fridge the 2 months and were unopened. This is not the first experience with them that has been unpleasant. I worked in food service for 7 years and never had such poor customer service as I have with this company. In my previous position I worked with large companies like Sysco, Producers, and small companies like Focus Packaging. Every time that there was a problem with the product the company took care of it. So Sad that this company treats their customers like this.
