They definitely need to hire new people, horrible customer service in the drive thru right now. I waited for 18 mins for 3 small twisters, was handed my first twister and the cup was dirty so I asked for a napkin. Second one, same thing. The girl asked me a second time if I wanted a cup holder, as I wiped clean the second cup as if she waa tired of waiting for me to clean up her mess. Every time I come here these young little girls have attitudes. Just horrible

I and my neighbor Ms. Debbie went to have A PASTRAMI sandwich Combo for myself & my neighbor had a Delicious Flame burger Combo and both of our orders were Extremely FANTASTIC we sat and had an amazing lunch at about 2ish and then sat and talked and enjoyed everything about Hall of Flame Burgers resturant/Place it was CLEAN and Cozy!!! Its a cool place where you can visit and enjoy the Amazing Wonderful Tasting Food prepared by A Chef's Flair and made with LOVE for our Taste buds Enjoyment!!! Yummy? The counter service was so nice and RESPECTFUL for us woman and I am thankful for HER professional RESPECT!! Plus, the Chef was on point with cooking our food at a timely manner & again THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I and my neighbor will be back again and be regulars too!! And we will recommend Hall of Flame to ALL our neighbors and family and friends!!! Fist time customer. Nice servers. Fast and properly cooked food. Comfort food like I used to have 50 years ago. Fish sandwich, fried zucchini and fries were great. My wife and son also liked theirs. We'll be back.

Staff are all very friendly, service is fast but not immediate because they take the time to make your food to order. It's rare to find fast food that is consistently good. Their prices are also a few bucks cheaper than some national fast food chains like Carl's Jr and their menu currently has plenty of options. Highly recommend supporting this family owned small business.Dietary restrictions: I don't eat pork so I normally don't get to eat bacon, but all of their bacon is beef and it tastes amazing.
