The young female cashier was so rude: I asked a worker male if I can use the restroom and he said yes, there’s someone in it. At the same time that’s when the cashier girl came out and threw her arms up looking at him and she told me are you buying something and I said yes my husband is finding parking spot. She let me in and once again told me it’s only if you’re buying something. We came back about 30 minutes later because we had some phone calls to make. We went to the restaurant and my husband didn’t know what to order, he was looking at the menu and I asked if I can use the restroom and she said when I’m done taking his order, I asked if she can open the door first and she looked at me saying no I will do it afterwards. We couldn’t believe how rude she was. She has absolutely no customer service skills. To top it off my husband threw his tamale away because it was gross. I would never recommend a place with such bad customer service. They need someone else in the front who will treat the customers with respect.

Met the mom and younger son very humble. I recommend giving this establishment a visit well worth the money spent.

This place is a hidden gem. These are by far the best tamales I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve munched down more than a few. The staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They let us eat in the store at the peak of Christmas tamale pickups. The owner and his family are a pleasure to chat with and you can tell they have serious passion for making Tamales. Very generous and hospitable people. We’ve eaten here several times around the holidays and it’s been great each time. Muchas Gracias!

Wow! Homemade tortillas! Fresh. Fast. Delicious. You can tell it’s family owned and that they take pride in the business. They should be proud. Came in on a Monday at 11 am (106 degrees outside) The place was dead. My boyfriend and I decided to try it out. Their customer service was good when we first walked in. Food was okay. The Horchata wasn't great. My parent and brother came in the sit with us while we were eating since we were waiting on an appointment next door. They told us that they can't sit with us since they didn't buy anything. I understand if the place was busy but we were the only people sitting in there. Clearly this place is all about the money. We got up and threw away their nasty horchata and left to sit outside in a hundred degree weather. Even went to grab another drink next door because I refuse to give them more of my business.

Tamales are good but now they’re just overpriced. I remember when they were $25 a dozen, then $35, then they popped up on an episode on ABC30 and the price went to $45. Not worth the price anymore. The lady in front of the Catholic Church in downtown makes them just as good and charges $22 dozen.

Worst costumer service ever. I have never seen as bad as this place. That's ridiculous ' this place place should not be open. The city should take an action. I felt like been harassed just by asking questions. I don't recommend this

Went to their location downtown a couple years ago and very impressed but today they had a food truck in river park which is much more convenient for me. Their food is yummy check it out!
