Update (~3 weeks later): Came in store for dine-in to try for a better experience. After ordering from the kiosk, I got a text message saying my order will be ready within 15 mins or so. After a 30+ min wait, my order was ready. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap w/ mild spice. The wrap was loaded with the spicier sauce, making it unbearable to enjoy. I could tell that the sauce they put in is not the usual mild one. My shawarma kept falling apart because of the amount of excess sauce they put in. After these two experiences, I'm not feeling optimistic about coming back.

The food was really good. The wait to get it was atrocious as was the accuracy of the order. The owner was really nice and tried to accommodate and make up for the mistakes but still left missing multiple items in our order and was so late had no time to eat it.

I got a combo platter and it was great. The price seems reasonable for the amount of food. I'm glad I ordered ahead because they were busy and I still had a bit of a wait. I enjoyed the food - the meat seemed really good quality. Eat every bite kind of meal... and still want more. Drinks are just soda cans which is disappointing, and weird ordering system but I guess that's the world we live in. Interesting decor to say the least.

My boyfriend and I were really disappointed in our food, it was severely lacking flavor and had waaaaay too much of that weird white sauce that made the lettuce all wilted and gross. We were so hungry though and already home so we ate it anyway. My plate (the left one) had several pieces of chicken that had fat on it as well which was really off putting. The red sauce seen in the right picture was sparse. Definitely won't be returning. Really bland and a textural nightmare.

I ordered my food in store at 8:52pm and got my food at 9:45pm. People who ordered before me got their food 30 minutes before I got mine. There was no consideration from the staff to check on my order. There was only one guy working and I feel bad for him because he looks so backed up on the order.Food: I would say the lamb shawarma was good, but the chicken rice plate was not. The chicken was bland and lacked flavor. The rice also lacked flavor.Overall, I am disappointed about the service and professionalism of this establishment. The food was probably affected by the overflow of orders and lack of staff.
The worst customer service EVER. We tried calling to place an order, the guy on the phone said he’ll call us back. Never received a call back. Then my brother stopped by to place an order in-person, they said 35 minute wait. We wanted to eat so we decided to wait; my brother came back home and then went back after about 45 minutes. Once he got there, the person at the front said they never got out order!?!? What kind of pathetic service is this? Do not reward this type of rude and disrespectful service. We are NEVER coming back here.
