I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.

So I came to Huckleberry and Tom was our waiter. Definitely went above and beyond and try to solve every problem. Very grateful.

Food was ok wouldn't go again it was busy but didn't see why I guess the Name "brand" people feel like it's more upscale from Dennys it is better than Dennys but slightly the customer service was excellent the price was reasonable for the time that we are living in now...

My wife and I had lunch together at this new Huckleberry location last Friday. I had the Bloody Mary and it did not disappoint!! The food was excellent and the service was great. I wish I could remember our servers name, but next time we go we will look for her again. The restaurant itself was very clean and the ambiance was just right!!
