Don't go here in a hurry. You should probably also research what sandwich you want online first, as the full menu is only available online. We sat down after placing our order, and watched the Rube Goldberg operation going on behind the counter.When our sandwiches were finally ready we were pleasantly surprised to find they were some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. Seriously. I think it's the sauces and the dutch crunch roll that makes them so good. Be aware that a lot of their sandwiches have "vegetarian meat," so scope the ingredients closely if you're not trying to have tofurkey or whatever.Anyway, this place is kinda weird and it seems deliberate. The staff seems to be entirely college kids who are only semi-coherent. If you can put up with all that nonsense, the sandwiches--when you finally get them--will make it all seem worthwhile.

I went in today and their credit card machine was broken. So they said I could have my sandwich for free, which made my day.10/10 would eat here again.

Never greeted,Ordered 2 sandwiches just as they come, 2 people ahead of me (waiting on food), only 1 customer after me(1 sandwich)and it still took 30 MIN to get my order! Plus they skipped me to give the order after me away. 3 employees working btw Second time in hoping it would change my last experience but no change sadly because the sandwiches are tasty.

I came in for a sandwich on 9/18 a little after 3:30 and nobody was upfront. After about 2-5 minutes of waiting a large, short Mexican women rudely asked me what I want, then she proceeded to joke around with her coworker and not listen to my order I had to say it 3 times. After waiting 10 minutes for a turkey bacon avocado. I finally got my sandwich but it didn't have avocado and all of the veggies were smashed on one side of the sandwich. Never eating here again, also never once saw either of them wash their hands. 0/10

I'll start by saying the customer service was fine ... but the sandwich was def not to my liking .. first time going here and ordered the Hollywood cheesesteak ... def not good ... the bread is very bad tasting ... I don't have much to say other than this was probably the worst cheesesteak I have ever had .. will not be back but had to try once . Had seen this place and decided to try it . Oops

I've gotten their sandwiches throughout the years from work or friends and this is the first time I got to go in person, see everything for myself, and choose my very own sandwich. Road Runner, dirty vegan style (you can only get it at the Palmdon location). Barbecue fried chicken sandwich, but totally vegan and it was soooooo delicious. I could only eat half, gave the other half away and they loved it too Thank you, Ron, for the great service and sandwiches!

I came in and waited for the workers to finish sweeping before I was served. After sweeping dust on me one employee took 20 min to make my sandwich. Before that she proceeded to tell me that I didn't know how to count change. I'm not coming back so unprofessional. The chairs were everywhere and I was asked to move out of the way do they could fix the furniture and pull it away from the counter.

Ordered the Da Vinci on Dutch crunch, subbed salami for bacon. Also, ordered the seasoned fries. The sandwiches comes hot/toasted, which I love hot sandwiches. Really good! I wouldn't order the fries again, too thick for my liking but that's just a preference. The sandwich itself is plenty! They're huge! Also, didn't wait long, granted I was the only customer, was still fairly fast. Clean establishment.
They stop answering phone calls after 7pm. To my knowledge they're open till 7:30pm . You guys need to fix this.

This isn't my first time having Ike's but it is my first time devouring the Adam Richman. This sandwich is hands down the BEST sandwich I've ever had thus far! It's packed with flavor from the pesto, the chicken, the avocado. Do yourself a favor and get Dutch crunch because there's nothing better and I added bacon. So dang delicious! Service was excellent, friendly and they made all three of my sandwiches under the estimated time. It's quiet, clean and nice. I'll be going back again for more!

Tried to eat here. Notice I said tried. Arrived for the first (and last) time to a restaurant with no AC, no ice for drinks and no mayonnaise for the sandwiches?? Needless to say we left and won't be back.
