Ordered pork bean sprout chow mein crispy noodle. 90% not crispy. Onions, sprouts but little to no other vegetable was present, but tons of soft not crisp noodles. Pork was not very flavorful as some was tough that needed cutting, others pieces were too soft with fat. I do like that the sauce was clear and not that nasty sweet brown that everywhere delivers. Only a fork was supplied and I really needed a knife to cut the big pieces of meat and stringy noodles.Tea was good service and attention to needs was excellent. Nice folks work here.

As an elder Chinese guy I know good Chinese food. Imperial Garden has been my "Go To" for decades and is my favorite for authentic Cantonese food. the Dim Sum is excellent and a fun experience if you've never had these "appetizers" or Tapas. On weekends they serve Dim Sum the traditional Chinese method using carts that come around to serve you. You can see and ask the servers what dishes they offer. It's fun and an adventure. To prove it's an authentic Chinese restaurant, go there and you will see many Chinese/Asians eating there. That verifies it is delicious and very good food.

They fell off. Used to be one of our favourite dim sum spots here in the Fresno/clovis area. Everything we got was either over salted or not as much flavor. And the ingredients don't look as fresh anymore. A bit overpriced now too and the utensils could use more proper cleaning. Quite sad now have to find a different dim sum spot besides Four Seasons.

Hello Bello

This place is a great place to eat. I have been eating here for years, but they attend to there culture first. We (hispanic) were waiting 15 minutes to get a menu and table set up. A family(asians) walked in about 5 minutes after us and had everything (menu, table set up) ready they took there order while we still sat waiting for a menu and table set up all the waitresses just watched us and spoke there language to each other. Another Asian couple walked in and they attended to them first. Soon after they headed to our table. BAD Customer service.

I have eaten here for many years. It is the best food this side of San Francisco. The Dim sum is fantastic and the Chow Fun is the best in the region.

Best roasted duck in Fresno. Nice flavor. Crispy skin and juicy meat. They have many dim sum options as well

I'm not sure why the low ratings, my family and I really enjoyed this place and have gone plenty of times for both dine in and pick up orders! Dining in on the weekend gives you the full "dim sum" experience where they push the carts around for you and you just pick and choose what you'd like! The servers also place orders for you if they're not on the cart and they're decently quick with getting it to you! My favorite dishes are definitely the fried rice (any kind) and their garlic green beans. I can literally take those 2 items and just be done. I also end with a good sesame ball or two. But other items I really enjoy are the shumai, these steamed pork ribs?, the fried chicken wings, chow fun, and really just almost anything on the menu. Give it a try!

Was in town visiting my sister and family for LNY. Decided to come here for dim sum. There's a lot of parking spots within plaza but the location is a bit run down and other businesses are closed on a Sunday. They did not have a lot of round tables for big party so we were seated in the back with two combined square tables. We had to pass food back and forth. Not our best option but it is doable. This is considered a good spots to have dim sum with family in Fresno but it is mediocre for me. The best was the soy sauce chow mein with bean sprouts! What we ordered: pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, bean curd rolls, steamed pork ribs, roast duck, roast pork, sticky rice wrapped in leaves, fried duck chins, braised pork blood, chives dumpling, salt n pepper squid, soy sauce noodles, egg tarts, and steamed buns.

Scam restaurant over charging my card. Avoid this business! They will charge your card more than what you ordered for! Horrible Customer service

One thing you should know stepping into a Chinese restaurant is that... don't expect customer service to be amazing BUT you know the food will be good and cheap! My family was craving dimsum Sunday morning and we found this place that takes reservation for 8. Everything was super delicious that we got that it's pretty comparable to the Bay Area! Definitely check out this place if you can!

Imperial Garden Restaurant's shrimp dumplings are truly amazing! Each bite bursts with delicious flavors, showcasing the perfect balance of tender shrimp and savory seasoning wrapped in delicate dumpling skin. A must-try for any dim sum enthusiast!
