The absolute worst Jack-in-the-Box on the planet, second time in a week coming to this one at around 11 o’clock at night, last time they closed early, this time, nobody was even at the drive-through, and when somebody showed up five minutes later, they couldn’t make anything in the fryers… every time I come to this one, since it is right down the street from my house, there is always an issue. At this point, just close your doors. If you are reading this, just go to the one on Blackstone next to Taco Bell, service is better, so is the food

Stay away from this place. I went to get breakfast sandwiches for my company. I knew there was something wrong with the breakfast. Croissant bread should be soft. But it was a little Stiff, But I ate it anyway. That was the biggest mistake of my life. I stayed up all night with food poisoning last night. I'll never eat at this place again!!!! Most likely they're using outdated products.. Save yourself the food poisoning and stay away....

Prior visits the food has always been Delicious. So just because a 1 time occurrence doesn't make the establishment Bad.Like I said I will still Be a Customer

Don't use the drive thru. The food won't be ready and you will have to wait out front anyway. May as well dine in.
It's fast food sure if your in the drive thru on the inside the staff doesn't even notice you. I've waited for way beyond an acceptable amount of time to be asked what I'd like to order.

Was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Line didn't move at all. Luckily the car behind me back out so I could as well. Everytime I come to this one it's always slow service or they try to close early.

This location served me reheated food and the dining room is dirty. We had intended to dine in, but couldn’t find a clean table.We drove a block away to a little park to eat. Then discovered that the monster tacos had been reheated instead of being cooked fresh. Yuck!Have also done a review with Jack listens. LolWaste of time.No reply from Jack.Really a waste of time.I will continue to eat Jack n the box, but never again at this location.Nothing worse than food that gives me indigestion because it wasn’t fresh.MikeM
