Came thru drive thru @ 2am. No customers. Was handed a $5 menu item (tiny tacos), ICE COLD. High prices, horrible service. Disrespectful. Lazy. Cant have 2024 prices with 2005 service.Attention managers: $20 an hour workers cant give $11 an hour effort
It was pretty ridiculous, my friend and I went there and the cashier was standing around, I thought she was waiting for the lady ahead of us to order but then after about half a minute the cashier left and I asked the lady if she ordered already and she said yes, that she has been waiting 10 minutes for 2 large fries.The poor lady had to call out to another worker, I think his name was Chu, and the young man helped her out right away and asked my friend and I if we ordered. I came threw the drive through this time the women who took my order name was Jessica she really made a difference on how I look at this store, she was friendly, professional and service was fast.. I hope to see her more at the drive thru window I enjoyed her customer service I drove off happy ?
