The only reason food received a four was that it came on a large plate with nothing else. When I purchase a sandwich, I'd like to see something on the plate with the sandwich. Other than that, the sandwich was terrific and the company I was with could not stop raving about the food.Vegetarian options: There is only one: The Haloumi sandwich. Not good for vegan as it has cheese.

I usually get the salmon and market vegetables - delicious! Also, their bacon brussel sprouts are tasty. Their mashed potatoes is ok but I wouldn't get the gravy. I ordered it a few times (last time on 1/21/24) and often their gravy tastes like it was frozen, then refrigerated, microwaved, then left out for days - it smells sour and tastes bad. Get the mash without the gravy.

Small overpriced food, terrible customer service and filthy dining area. Every table was covered in grime, it smelled like the inside of an McDonald’s play structure, and the bathrooms were out of soap and in general disgusting condition. Would not recommend.

They brought out my food incorrectly, they told me it me it would be another 15 minutes to correct the mistake. We asked for a full refund because we needed to leave. The server became extremely rude and refused to accommodate anything we asked. We will never eat here again. Poor business practice. You need to accept responsibility for your mistake. Hire someone with customer service experience.
This place is awesome, I love there tritip sandwiches. If you haven't gone and like fries I'd suggest trying there urban fries.

This was always a favorite place of mine to eat when visiting home. We went our first night there and we had terrible service. Before, we would order a make your own salad at the salad bar and no one spoke to us. I had to ask for service and they told us to go to the cashier. There was one cashier and she was struggling with doordash orders and tending to other customers who needed additional things for their to-go orders. This is definitely not how a business should be ran. There needs to be a separate person for this. We waited 20 mins in line to order food. The customer service was terrible due to the stress level of the employees. I was definitely concerned and disappointed. I know these times are uncertain and things are so different compared to before… but there’s gotta be better organization somehow.

We ordered a phili cheese steak and a side of mac and cheese. The phili chese was not so dont call it that. It was just a tritip sandwich.The mac and cheese was absolutely flavorless-no cheese and not even salt flavor. One of the worse meals I've had in a long time.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, garlic fries and chicken tender.The chicken tender and fried chicken was crunchy but dry. The chicken tender was a bit more crunchier. The garlic fries was too greasy for my preference. The grease never fully dried out and you can see it coating the fries. The garlic taste was too over powering and lacks other flavors. The fried chicken was light in flavors so there's not much to it.If you like plain and simple flavors then it's for you but if you like your food to have more flavors, it's not for you.
