Jay's Specialty Ice Cream Reviews
Smooth and creamy scoops here with naturally tasting flavors that are not *too* sweet but will satisfy those cravings. I've seen this ice cream truck around and haven't had the chance to try it until recently. I'm really torn about it. On the one hand, the ice cream is obviously super premium quality - it's creamy and not pumped full of air. Unfortunately the two flavors I tried (almond + pistachio and a flavor I can't even remember) were pretty tasteless. I would not buy from here again - there are other, much better ice cream establishments in Fresno.

They get a great crowd of downtown workers so I suggest coming around 2:00, after the lunch crowd dies down and before...read full review
