We came here to eat before checking into our hotel. I'm glad we found this place. My mom wanted some Filipino food. Once we entered we were greeted. The owners were friendly. The food tasted really delicious.

This place is delicious! My boyfriend and I love this place. The pork adobe is to die for. The pancit is so good too. I eat here at least once a month getting the combo plate. Best Philippino food I've eaten in Fresno.

Jowli's offers authentic filipino food, cooked with fresh ingredients. Food is flavorful, and every item in the buffet tastes amazing. The owner offered us samples of the main dishes from the buffet. Bicol Express and pork ribs are the BEST. Service was super friendly. It is a clean restaurant. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the lumpia here, pork and veggie version. We came by to try the lumpia because we wanted to order a party tray for an event at the end of June 2023. I couldn't find many places in Fresno area that sold party trays-glad Jowli's advertises their party trays. Delicious and juicy pork lumpia (Shanghai) and delicious veggie ones as well. We ordered 150 pork lumpia for the event and they went fast! Everyone enjoyed them and the order/pick up process was perfect. Our order was being packaged right on time and arrived at the event hot!Vegetarian options: Veggie lumpia and other veggie itemsKid-friendliness: Basic tables and booths, easy to clean, nothing fancy, family friendlyParking: located in a big shopping center, plenty of parking during lunch time on a Saturday

I tried Jowli's lumpia twice, delicious each time. We visited Jowlis a few weeks ago to test the lumpia. I wanted to order a party tray for an upcoming party. The Shanghai pork lumpia were juicy and yummy-not greasy and a perfect , tightly rolled size. The veggie lumpia were yummy too, although they seemed more like a traditional egg roll-if it tastes good, the label doesn't matter ;) . Ended up ordering 150 pork lumpia for my Moms bday party. Easy ordering process and they were being packaged right when Ben got there to pick them up. Safely packaged in two aluminum trays-they arrived hot at the venue in Reedley. Everyone enjoyed them and they went fast! I'd definitely order these again for another event, perfect finger food-appetizer.
