I came through the drive thru the girl worker that took my order was not welcoming she sounded like a bratty teenager. I came today around 9pm the worker also bagged my food with no napkins and no utensils either! I'm not returning to this KFC location again or recommending it to my family or friends.

I never go to KFC, but I figured I'd grab it on the way home and... pretty bad experience. Cold food, chicken was clearly old, not to mention $35 for an 8 piece combo. They didnt have the proper large side containers so portions were bad. Also what kind of company doesnt accept Discover in 2024? Will not go back again.

The worst kfc in fresno by far do not order from this place. I literally live 3 minutes away from this place and I would rather drive across town to get better food better quality and most importantly better customer service.

When I pulled up to the drive thru the young man was talking on his cell phone which I thought was rude. He gave me my order and said have a good day. My order was wrong even though I only got 2 items, so I had to come back though the drive thru. I handed the gentleman my item and he said go park in front. The only reason I am writing this is the fact that I had to wait so long for them to bring me a wrap with no apology for the mistake to boot. Customer service SUCKS now a days.

This had to be ONE OF THE WORST visits I've ever had there! We requested Original recipe chicken and was told it wasn't available. My son said okay, I'll get the crispy. Then we asked for a breast on the side and was told they didn't have chicken breasts but if we wanted to wait half an hour, it would be available. Um, no we weren't going to wait for half hour, but thank you. So we opted for nuggets for which we were told we'd have to wait 15 minutes. My son said okay, fine. We were asked to pull in Slot #1 and wait for our order. We didn't want to get down because I hadn't been well and found it best to use drive through. We ended up waiting for 35 minutes! The guy was giving out orders to other vehicles that went through drive-thru AFTER us and finally came to our car and asked for our receipt. What?! Really?! He went back in and we WAITED again. My son finally said "I'm sorry mom but I'm getting down to find out what's going on." I told him to just wait about 5 minutes. I didn't want him to because as I stated, I wasn't well and we didn't want for anyone else catching my cold. Finally after 45 minutes total, we received our order! And to think, after waiting 45 minutes my son ended up with crispy chicken instead of original!!! We won't be returning there ever!! Stay away from the KFC on First and Bullard. And as you can see in this photo, there were but only 4 people inside.

So I ordered chicken and wings. And I was told fresh chicken about 15min. I waited 27min and they didn't offer me a drink or dessert or even apologize for the wait ? Not very good customer service ?
amazing service, the employees handed the food out to me for a eat in meal. very polite. considerate very fast service. we felt so relaxed eating as a family definitely coming back here.

Dirty tables went to ask for a towel to wipe my table off stood at register for 5 min no help as one employee sat in dining area taking break they only came to counter to say food was ready then went to use restroom it was locked stood there again with no help acknowledgment flung open the front door to make it longer off so they would know I’m at the counter still no acknowledgment so my husband yelled to the back. Hey can you open the bathroom door and they came out and open the bathroom door worst place ever employees all need to be retrained on customer service
