We stopped by to try the new Hot and Spicy wings. Since we arrived close to closing, there was none prepared. However Lucky (Lukwinder) kindly dropped us a fresh batch. Their customer service was amazing, they were kind and attentive. We ordered three orders!
The person who took my order was very polite and courteous and got the order 100% correct. The chicken however was below the KFC standards I'm familiar with. Extra crispy is supposed to describe the battered coating, but what we had was not crispy at all. It was more oil logged than I've ever had at a KFC. Maybe fryer not set properly ?... Too far to go back to swap it out. It did make me wish I'd gone to Raising Cane's instead...

The staff was awesome. It was late but they were willing to make a fresh batch of original since they were out. The manager (didnt get her name) came out to deliver our order and was super helpful.
