The only thing I ordered today was tempura veggies. I am now feeling very sick 3 hours later. The yams were cut very thick and were raw on the inside but I didn't know yams were unsafe to eat raw until google told me. They can make you severely I'll as well so I hope just the stomach pain and vomiting are the end of it. The table was sticky today. I have liked the food in the past but the consistency isn't there and now that I have gotten sick I don't think I will be back. Do you know it's dangerous to serve people this and still served it anyways? And if you didn't one of the chefs in your business should. It's pretty unacceptable

Food is always great, it's one of my favorite spots when I drive in from out of town. Service is always great.Couple of times I've been in the tables are sticky like they haven't been cleaned between use.

Nice restaurant and the music volume was perfect. Relaxing. I tried it after lifting for a couple hours to get my protein up: Spicy chicken with brown rice and veggies. It was the perfect size and was tasty. The chicken has a really light batter, a nice change. There's tons of Covid stuff, non-working or broken sanitizer stands with notes on them that should really be removed out of the dining room... Keep it clean/tidy guys. The restaurant itself was clean, and I liked all of the large windows. Seems to be a lot of legal people eating when I was there, lawyers.The staff was really not very friendly or welcoming. They're missing an opportunity here, not to overdo it, but to at least be authentic and present.... As experienced, I would not leave them any type of tip... too robotic process oriented.The food was tasty enough that I'll definitely try something there again. -G

Have gotten to-go from here a handful of times since moving to Fresno. Really high quality food with good portions for a reasonable price. I've gotten the crispy chicken (katsu chicken) with rice and a salad or mixed veggies. Have also gotten the ginger steak dish. Also highly recommend. The sauces and salad dressing are fantastic. Definitely a great spot for quick Japanese food in my opinion.

Recently came to eat here for the first time 6/30 (my bfs pick). Place was a little hot inside and smelled like old oil. I ordered a salmon and tuna poke with rice and veggies and my bf got the same except with salad plus sashimi. We dined in and they bring you your food in containers with lids. I had asked for sauces which they didn't bring out and then I had to go get myself. Also there soda selection was not very much a lot of things we're unavailable. Food was not the best the taste was off for me. In my opinion you're better off going to have a poke bowl at butterfish. Not to say their other food isn't good because I've never had it my review is based on what I ate.

Teriyaki salmon and vegetable tempura are so good! Staff was friendly. Restaurant is nice and spacious. The outside area is nice too.

We discovered this place because we were given a gift card. We are very fortunate to be able to try this place out. The food is delicious! We ordered the beef teriyaki plate as well as the shrimp scampi. The plate options allow you to choose your protein followed by brown or white rice, and choice of veggies or salad. You can do all rice or all veggies. We chose half and half. The sake was crisp and refreshing. Service was excellent. They recommend we save more by ordering the bottle of Sake ($16-not bad at all). Will definitely return.

I been here for a few times in the past. Today my hubby and I decided to give them a try after so long. We got one plate and decided to share since I don't eat a lot. Ordered the spicy crispy chicken with white rice. The lady with short hair brought it to us. I asked her for an extra plate and she told me to USE THE LID ON THE CONTAINER!!!!!! Are you serious?! We then asked for an extra sauce (we got one and it was filled only half way!) and told us there was a charge!!!! We also got a fountain soda and everything in there was watered down!!! This place has gone completely down on service and quality!!! Don't recommend!!!!!!Update: wow as a business owner didn't expect this! so instead of apologizing about ur service ... you are defending your business. Great! "Upon camera review" you could of seen what your employee did! Stop fooling urself. I will make sure to pass the word around on ur service and business. Your employee was in the wrong! Lol a simple apology on ur employees dumb remark would of been fine. But instead you made it ten times worse. Good luck.
