A nice little bakery. Lots of choices, and they all looked great. I had a pastry with apple and raisins. Very tasty. The cappuccino was also very good. I had some wonderful company.I thought a little pricey but much better than Starbucks.

Best French bakery in Fresno, hands down. We have been patrons of this place for 2 decades. We love their fresh baguettes and delicious food offerings. My boys love the spinach and mushroom quiche, and my favorite is the ham and cheese crossaint. But the show stoppers are the desserts they make fresh every day. The fruit tarts are beautifully crafted and delectable. Pair any of these treats with coffee, and you'll have an amazing flavor experience. I haven't even touched on lunch. You'll have to experience it for yourself.

Classic French bakery. Baguettes sellout early. Everything I've tried has been solid. Skip the coffee if you like Verve, Stumptown, & the like.

I genuinely enjoyed coming here every once in a while to get some food or coffee, occasionally I'd ordered a cake for a birthday. Recently I placed an order for a wedding cake and my multiple emails were "lost." But while I waited, I had kept calling the store and asking just for some sort of confirmation; otherwise I'd have to look elsewhere. After the third call, I got someone who was actually really helpful who said they'd pass along the information. I got a call a day later from Dolly, I'm assuming the lead baker, who was rude as hell. Like girl... I've been waiting and stressing over just hearing from you, which she had mentioned that she knew that, and you can't even be nice? Crazy. I tried not to let her stale attitude get to me because I just wanted my damn cake ordered. So I went over the details with her and got told no, which is fine. But, she scoffed at me when I asked if they could add lavender to the cake. My bad, just wanted my wedding cake to be what I wanted. So I was confused and apologized if I misunderstood because I was ordering a custom cake and followed their guide on their own website. But, apparently "custom" orders are bs even though they say they do. As soon as I got off the phone, I immediately just looked for another bakery that actually does custom orders. So, after that experience I won't come back.

Been coming here my whole life and has stayed consistent since I can remember as a child. Chocolate chip muffins are delicious and so are the chocolate croissants. Haven't gotten anything that I haven't liked from here. The Mexican conchas are surprisingly very good, some of the best I've had. Cakes and breads are all there ready for purchase. They offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with seasonal soups.Kid-friendliness: Great family environment to enjoy your food and for the adults to enjoy coffee.

Spot on. Nothing else to say. The line of people say it all. Moderate pricing not cheap by any means. However very good. We had the rustic baguette and sour dough round.

Absolutely loVed my experience with this bakery! They catered mini pastries and a cake for my wedding. Everything was perfect, including the delivery. Working with Dali & Harpreet was professional and also personal. They were easy to talk to and Harpreet even called to make sure I knew the size of the mini pastries so, we were sure to have enough for everyone. What great service!!Very recommended.

A Gem of Authentic French Baking: La BoulangerieFor anyone with an appreciation for authentic French pastries and a warm, inviting atmosphere, La Boulangerie is a must-visit destination. Having been a loyal customer for several years, I've had the pleasure of indulging in a wide array of their offerings, and it's been a delightful journey through taste and tradition. The Food: Each visit is like a trip to France without the airfare. The croissants are buttery and flake to perfection, the baguettes boast that ideal crunch on the outside while remaining pillow-soft on the inside, and their selection of pastries and desserts—oh, the desserts!—are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Whether you're craving a delicate macaron, a rich and creamy éclair, or a slice of their heavenly cakes, La Boulangerie delivers with consistency and excellence. The Staff: What truly sets La Boulangerie apart, beyond their exceptional baked goods, is the staff's dedication to their craft and their customers. The team is not just helpful; they're profoundly knowledgeable about the nuances of French baking. The cake specialists, in particular, deserve a shout-out for their expertise and guidance. Whether you're selecting a cake for a special occasion or simply seeking recommendations, they approach each query with enthusiasm and insight, making every visit special. The Atmosphere and Experience: Stepping into La Boulangerie, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of fresh baking and an ambiance that's both cozy and authentically French. It's the kind of place that invites you to linger over your coffee and pastry, soaking in the relaxed vibe and perhaps pretending, just for a moment, that you're sitting in a quaint café on the streets of Paris. It's worth noting, however, that this little slice of France isn't a well-kept secret. The bakery can get quite crowded, and sometimes service may slow as a result. But patience here is always rewarded. The bustling atmosphere is part of its charm, and the wait, while there, only heightens the anticipation for the deliciousness that awaits. In conclusion, despite the crowds and the occasional wait, La Boulangerie is more than just a bakery; it's a culinary treasure that has earned its place in the heart of its community and its patrons. The quality of the food, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and the authentic atmosphere make every visit worth it. Whether you're a long-time fan or a first-time visitor, you're in for a treat that goes beyond the palate. Here's to many more years of delicious discoveries at La Boulangerie!

Such a cute little place! The pastries are amazing. We saw they had a cafe and had that for lunch as well. The chicken salad sandwich is by far the best. We will be returning!

Ordered banana nut birthday cake. It was fabulous. Moist & soft. Ordered a cupcake to go along with large cake so that we could place the candles on cupcake. That was disappointment 2"×2" cupcake. For almost $4.00.
