My pizzas took well over estimated time . The pizza looked like it was made super sloppy. Minimal amount of peperoni almost looked like a cheese pizza was not well cut.

They are so rude I made an order on like for pick up at 12;45 it’s 1:03 my pizza it’s not ready. I’m trying to Ask what’s going on they told me I can get a refund. But I want my pizza not a refund. The manager it’s rude didn’t help at all!! Never coming back here .

I was told that it'll take 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready, I was okay with that because it was busy. What I wasn't okay with is the fact that when I came back to pick up the pizza they gave it to someone else so I had to wait longer to get my food. I do not recommend this place at all.

Manager/person in charge either does not care or is not properly trained.This location is managed terribly. employees constantly going back and forth having to handle customers and make food. Clearly dirty and unorganized in the back work area. For the past few weeks they are never prepared during lunch rush. there is always others waiting up to 30 minutes + for their order.They also stopped using their portal pick up machine which is affecting them a lot but the Employees are respectful and i know they are trying their hardest to get the orders out while being under stress during the busiest times.
Zero stars this is the absolute worst establishment! They never answer their phones and when they do they are disgustingly rude. They always get the order wrong and take atleast 30mins to make a hot and ready and they refuse to let you speak with a manager when you request one as they all say they are the manager. I bought $30 in pizza and they refused to accept my $50 because they didn’t have change ??♀️ so apparently this restaurant requires only card payments because they don’t even have $20 in there til..horrible establishment and management this franchise needs to be bought out

Filthy / Order Wrong. I Ordered stuffed crazy crust received regular. The floors are filthy, dirty footprints, leaves, papers and sticky spots everywhere. The baseboards are dirty, garbage laying around in the kitchen, full paper sacks of flour being stored on the dirty floor. The warming ovens are covered in greasy fingerprints greasy film, the entry door handles are greasy. Even the caution wet floor sign was dirty and had pizza sauce on it.Obviously employees and management take no pride in their workplace and don't care about food quality or public health.Sad :(

This place is simply so horrible. Ordered pizzas and said 20-25 mins. Get there and they said oh it's coming up. Waited 20 more minutes. And I witness a the girl put some pizza similar to my order in the done stove. So waiting a little longer and asked how much longer and she brings me the wrong order. The manager helps her find it in the DONE stove. Told them are you kidding me? I've been waiting 20mins for this order that I ordered 40 mins ago. I wasn't gonna pay full price. They need to help me out. He refused cause he said he called out my name which was total bs. Cause I told him he was lying cause I watched her physically get the food from her and SHE WAS THE ONE WHO PUT in that ready over. The people who work here don't give 2 ish about their customers. DONT waste your time with this run down store. I wish I could give them a negative star review. Even witness people asking for their money back cause they were taking too long. Save your money. POS people that work here don't care

We came in to place an order and the cashier that was taking orders by the name of Loreli M. was super rude. We waited inside for our order and every single customer that came in to either pick you up or place an order, she was rude and was obnoxious. She brought out someone's order and just pointed to it and walked away rolling her eyes. A different customer tried paying with a 100 bill and instead of saying they don't accept big bills, she told him to pay differently with an attitude. Another woman came in bc she was having issues picking up her mobile order and she started giving her number, but the cashier kept being rude saying "I said a name". Idk what her issue is or if she's having a bad day but there is absolutely no reason she was rude to EVERY single customer. Her attitude was just disgusting.

I ordered the crazy bread, and it was terrible! It was hard and crunchy, worst crazy bread i have ever had!! Pizza hardly had any pepperoni on it, and they didn't even cut the pizza all the way. The worst parking and parking lot is really dark, and I felt unsafe. When i walked in to pick up my pizza, nobody even acknowledged me or asked me if i needed help. ???Parking: Worst parking lot dark and unsafeWheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any wheelchair accessibility!
