My mom recently went to pick up a extra most pepperoni and it was covered in salt when she brought it home my sister was also charged twice on the app goes into the store for a refund while picking up one order and they gave her attitude and were refusing to help

This staff is so disorganized and the food is one of the worst pizzas I had from Little Caesar’s. I ordered online and my order took about 45 minutes to get. It was only one pizza! I would’ve been able to get it earlier if they actually used their pizza portals for their online orders. I had to get in line again to pick up my pizza, but the cashier was all over the place making pizzas and didn’t even attempt to hand out the orders that were already ready until it got really bad. The line was super long at this point. They definitely need to work on a better system.The pizza tasted odd. The pizza breading was slightly sweet and it tasted a little off. So, the long wait wasn’t even worth it.

*Update*: Since writing my last reviews of this place, I have noticed a very welcome incline in restaurant management, and customer service. The food quality has even improved. I've especially been enjoying the extra butter, and parmesan crazy bread. It reminds of when the 5 dollar hot n ready first came out. Great improvement for this Little Ceasers Pizza.The food here is normally pretty good. You get what you pay for. It's something quick to grab for dinner or a quick lunch. I normally enjoy the pizza and breadsticks from here.However, today, I had the most unfortunate experience meeting Manual C., at least that's what the receipt he shoved my way said on it. I get people can be frustrated working here, given it's not in the nicest part of town. Customers can be frustrating, but forgive me if asking how much cheese sticks are is stepping over the line. I didn't know it was such an irritating task to acknowledge someone without a bothered attitude. Nice job ripping open, and slamming the heater door by the way, I'm sure the owners will appreciate how you treat their equipment.Update: Once again I stand here with Manual C. I've been standing here in front of him for ten minutes without being acknowledged. It's 2:48 pm Wednesday April 19th. The manager is yelling at people who don't know there shift times. It's a fantastic day to be at Little Ceasers. I typed this whole thing and still nothing.Parking: There is plenty of drive up parking available.

Do not patronize this Little Caesars. Supposedly under new management, this location accepted my online order and my payment. But when I arrived, I was instructed that I had to 'put in my QR code' to retrieve my pizza. No exceptions. I showed the 'manager' Rosa that none of the messages I received from Little Caesars contained a QR. So she began to yell at me, first stating that I 'could have faked the emails,' and then yelling again 'No code, no pizza.' (BTW, I'm a senior citizen who makes more than enough. Why would I go to the trouble of faking two emails to steal a pizza, as Rosa was apparently accusing?) The trouble is she *had* my order and my payment. I think she just wanted to be a b*tch to someone. And to me, she was. Yes, I got angry and threw a bottle of their soda against the floor, hoping it would break. Sadly, it didn't, but with all the homeless in the parking lot, surely someone will walk in and make a mess on their floor. That'll be karma. Rosa, you need a job where you can get snotty and yell at people all day. You have great skills in that area. As for your service here, it was total sh*t, and I will not be returning to your 'restaurant.' Caesar? No. More like 'Little H*tlers.'

Worst little Caesars I’ve been to. They always take long and when you make a custom order they mess it all up all the time. Would not recommend this place if you’re in a hurry or picking up. The food itself taste the same ?.

I just got a pizza and wings this morning, sadly the service given by MARK M. Was awful!!! Not just to me but to the elderly client before me, it make you feel like his doing you a favor and he's not we are paying for it, its obvious that he doesn't like he's work but that's he's problem, hopefully next time I come back i can get attend by someone else.
