Food is always on point. Service is always neighborhood friendly. Please bring back the old app, having to constantly search for the code is not customer friendly to loyal patrons. TY, keep up the great business!

Normally I love Mad Duck!! One of my faves, I normally have a great experience and food is usually good. I just had to complain about my experience tonight. I had just gotten a Cesar salad with grilled chicken, along with curly fries. Cesar salad was very dry. Fries, cold. My date also complained the steak bites were burnt. Service was okay, I assume he was new, just wasn't attentive and could barely hear him because he talked so low. So overall I was disappointed, it was quite busy so that could've been why the service was just okay and the food was cold. :( but the drinks were fire!! I got a blueberry elderflower lemonade cocktail, so yum.

Whoever at Mad Duck decided salads would be better served piled on a flat plate with no edge vs. their previous bowls, hasn't tried to eat one. Used to really like to get salads here but now I couldn't even eat it without spilling half of it on the table! Plus our server continually interrupted obviously intense conversations. Other places in town for better.

1-6-24. Stopped in for a quick dinner. Seated quickly but server did get our drinks. Waited 10 minutes and flagged down Chris. He took our order. Original server came back 10 minute later and ask if we were ready to order. We let her know Chris took our order. And wow she was irritated. Walked off upset. So sad. We frequently go here. One bad apple. 400 PM to 5pm. Chris made up for bad experience with original server.

Came here for lunch today and it did not disappoint. We had a fabulous experience. Our waitress, Gracie was wonderful. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is fairly large with a lot of booths and tables for dining in as well as seating at the bar. Gracie mentioned the special for the day was the tri tip sandwich and she highly recommended it. I decided to try her recommendation and ordered the tri tip sandwich with French fries. Hy hubby ordered the California burger with the cucumber salad for his side and the chicken tortilla soup. The food came out fast and it was delicious. The tri tip was cooked perfectly and was so tender. Probably one of the best tri tip sandwiches I've ever had. The fries were seasoned perfectly and were crispy. My husband loved his burger and the cucumber salad was refreshing. The chicken tortilla soup was very good with a bit of a spicy kick. Overall, I would definitely cone here again when we are in town. Thank you to Gracie for the excellent service.r

We just had my husband's office party here and everything was amazing. Our server and the manager were so great and helpful, all the food was delicious, great drinks, big selection, everything was just perfect! Looking forward to another visit! I highly recommend them for parties/ private events. They were so easy to work with and everything ran so smoothly.

Wings and sweet potato fries were a good combo. Didn’t quite like my first drink and my server gladly sent it back with a recommendation of a tastier drink. Thank you!

This is my neighborhood and I come here for lunch and dinner. I’ve witnessed waiters and waitresses serving certain customers first due to their looks”race” but I’ve never cared about it. But today for the first time, I’ve received poor customer service. I sat down at the bar, waited 20mins for a menu, I had to ask the hostess twice for customer service. Waiters and waitresses walked past me a lot and didn’t take my order nor water. I’d asked the hostess again that I’m ready to order. Finally a waitress came and took my order. As soon as she took my order two customers sat at the table beside me. And the same waitress went right away to take their orders. When I seen that it was time for me to leave. I didn’t stay to eat, this is prejudice. I told the staff there that I’m local I live around that neighborhood and this is prejudice because all customers were white and I’m not! I am not a Karen but I refused to be treated disrespectful and not equal.

Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is a pub and had sports on... my only complaint was that they had the same game on all the screens on one wall... there were many other games to prevent the duplicates. The food was okay. Our sandwich was not right and the waitress offered to have it remade... it was not remade it was the same sandwich which was now cold. The tater tots were crispy and hot. The chicken dip was okay, not much chicken. the drinks were good!

Came here for a few drinks and apps with some friends. Friendly staff. Our waitress was informative and helpful with our choices. Food was good. We had the artichoke dip, garlic fries (some of the best fries, as they were crispy and drenched in garlic), fried pickles and the pretzel. The cocktails were great as well. We sat outside, the late afternoon was perfect. Will be back!
