They had me wait out in the parking area for pick up and they got to everybody accept for me. I was very upset I’ve told them like 5 times and when the lady came out she went back in and idk what she said but they finally brought my orders out but then was missing another set of 20 pieces. SMH. They really need to work on how to stay organized and on task.

I ordered food from the drive thru on my lunch. The fries were so disgusting I threw up. They were obviously several hour old fries. I had to return to the store to get a new fresh batch of fries. Then I tries the Mc double and hot and spicy mcchicke... same story DISGUSTING AND OLD!! I used to work at a mcdonalds and all this food is on a timer and supposed to be thrown out when it reaches the timers end to keep food tasting good and as fresh as possible which is obviously not happening. Either these employees need som retraining from corporate or they don't need to be making 20/hr. This was the worst visit I've had to a mcdonalds. Made me sick to my stomach!

I love McD but I have never been impressed like this with their customer service! The workers are actually truly geniunely HAPPY (sign of great management). If the front is empty, it took them less than 5 seconds to come over and ask with a happy face. We ate in and they brought our food over and asked if we needed anything else too. Thank you!

Been told on multiple occasions that my rewards deal has been redeemed already but I literally just opened the app and selected the deal. Staff seem to have a whole spill on what reasons cause that and say the manager can't do anything about it. Don't bother with this location. Absolutely the worse.

NOT SAFE! Had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life at this McDonald's. Last Friday my family was sitting inside eating our dinner and minding our business when a sheriff car pulled up super fast. They were chasing a man who came into the restaurant. Right in front of us they tased and beat the man with a stick. He was screaming and they were literally feet away from us. In fear, we grabbed both of our children and left. When we went outside the place was surrounded with cars and even a helicopter. One of our kids is only 1 year old and was screaming, my other is in kindergarten. They had nightmares for a while and now we are scared to go to McDonald's. I know crime in Fresno is getting out of control but this was a bit much. I was more concerned my kids were going to be tased or hurt. I hope the people who were there are okay. I know I saw a worker practically jump out of her seat to avoid the incident.

The employees are great and they always get our order correct. The only reason for the three stars is because the location but they do great with deal with all the craziness.
Was just in this location eating my breakfast when the manager came up to me right in the middle of a bite and asked me to leave the store so an outside vendor could empty a change machine. Literally asked me to leave the store NOW. Didn't ask me to move to another part of the store-had to leave the building right in the middle of a bite.The vendor should have waited until I was done at the least or come in off-hours. Manager displayed total disregard for customers and ignored my complaints.If this is how they treat customers she should be fired. I am not young-have never seen anything like this.
