Slow as hell! You go thru the drive thru just for them to tell you to pull around front to park do the can bring your order out to you. Then they give you your food and quickly run away. You check your bag and the order is always wrong! Then you have to get out and go in just to wait longer inside where you didn't want to go in in the first place. What's the point of a drive thru?! They are rude especially the management. I would give it a half a star if I could.

Food always is cold or they seem to refry the nuggets and or French fries. The night staff is horrible too. Bad customer from the Manager to the cashiers and the cooks. The day staff isn't much better. It was only one time I left there happy but it seem to be a totally different staff at the time. Now it has gone down hill for the McDonald's. I'll go else where now on.

We’re always asked to park at this location and sit there for 15 minutes plus. They forget an item or get the order wrong about half the time and have the worst customer service. There is also a lady at the drive through front window that says to “have a day” every single time we have gone there, which is so rude. It doesn’t take any effort to add good or nice to that sentence. Might as well say have a bad day and that amount of effort she puts in that phrase reflects the customer service for the entire location. Not to mention that if we’re waiting for one item to be cooked while we park by the time we get our food, 15 min later, the rest of the order is cold.

Ok so I'm a regular visitor to this place. Usually it's pretty good at breakfast. Well today, drum roll please... steak bagel is back! It's on the app. I didn't see it on drive through menu. I've enjoyed this for years when I could find it. Last time was in Boston a few months ago. Anyway, it's back and yummy. A bit greasy, but that's normal. The onions, cheese and sauce also yummy. Drive though clean staff friendly. Thanks guys!

I'm not usually interested in reviewing fast food because it is what it is, but this was excessively terrible. Quarter pounder with cheese is so dry that you need lubricants to swallow it, the buns are hard, we had to check to see if there was even ketchup in it. Fry's are cold dry and hard with no salt. The coke has no flavor. Pretty sure the chicken nuggets are refried. Hands down the worst McDonald's meal ever!! Also, we had to park which we don't mind usually because we know they are cooking fresh, this meal was 100 percent not fresh so I don't know what we parked for. Also, it's New Year's Day, maybe they we're slacking because they're upset for having to work a holiday, but if you're going to slack because of it being a holiday then just don't be open. We could have found some other place to go. We weren't expecting perfection from fast food but Wow McDonald's, You have truly outdone yourself on this trip.. $40+ down the drain.
