Placed a phone pickup order . 20 minutes they say. We show up, I send my kids in to pick up . 2-3 minutes they say. 20 minutes later I walk in and they are all just standing at the counter. I complain and they start the lying 'we forgot to make one. Don't worry we are keeping the other 2 warm. . 10 minutes later we get our pizza! 2 of the 3 pizzas were cold. Never again

I'm no longer going to order pizza from this place as the prices are now grossly overinflated!!! I'm going instead to Papa Murphy's which is priced very reasonably and the pizza is great.

Asked for a couple things on my pizza and have it well and they didn't do that. How are they didn't deliver the pizza really fast they didn't have any change for cash which was frustrating so leave the guy tip. He just got stood there.

“Me n Ed’s. Hold please” all in less than 2 seconds,and then we are thrown on hold.That should not be the standard, which has happened MULTIPLE times every single time we call. When I arrived, half the lights were off and the entire crew looked shocked to see someone there.It seemed like no one wanted to help and the reluctant girl at the counter snatched the cash out of my hand and then set my change on the counter, after ignoring my hand that was waiting.I understand that she might be new, but that was definitely unacceptable. And the girl who is training her needs to get it together and actually train.This store is close to my house, but I’d rather drive elsewhere than deal with staff who treat paying customers like that. This neighborhood is too nice and the customers spend a lot of money for y’all to be treating them like that.

DO NOT ORDER any signature series pizzas smaller than medium, they will send you a pile of toppings over uncooked dough. and god help you if you choose thick crust. me n ed’s of the early 2000’s quality is dead. i haven’t had a decent me n ed’s pizza since maybe 2015. really upsetting but i guess all things eventually die. Seriously i got wet dough levels of undercooked. Sad

Went in to this me n Ed's on Monday night to order a pizza and the guy by the name of Aidan D. He had a mask and glasses on and dark black hair. He was very rude and had the worst customer service. Then when I got my pizza I asked for ranch and he basically through it at me along with the plates I asked for. So rude and doesn't care if he has a job or not and how he treats his customers everyone else in there working was a friendly and positive attidue. Don't know if I'll go back because he was such a rude asshole!!

I probably come to this Me-n-Ed's once a month or at least every other month to this location the last five years and going to other locations since my early childhood. Hands down my favorite pizza in the Central Valley and this location has become like family. I always treat the employees with kindness and respect and get it in return. In the last 5 years I've never had a single issue with the pizza or the service.

I put in the wrong address on the app. People at the wrong address accepted my food without saying anything. (Jerks.) This Me n Ed's delivered us our original order without double charging me. Much appreciated, it was my mistake not theirs.
The customer service is excellent. We often see the owner overseeing the business. There are some fun games and lots of tables good for groups. We like pepperoni pizza and classic combo on regular crust. Good draft beers too. We often get delivery too. We've always had a positive experience here but wanted to take the time to review.
