This menchies is amazing. My husband loves frozen yogurt and while visiting Fresno, we went once or twice a day for a week. The girls at this location were sooo friendly and helpful and went out of their way to serve us. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch both their names, but one was named Megan.Dietary restrictions: Looks like a large variety for those with dietary restrictions.
This store is very clean and the staff is super friendly! There are so many flavors and toppings to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free and low fat options! Yay!

The Pineapple sole flavor mixed with the sugar free strawberry flavors are so good together. The outside seating is nice on a breezy day like today was. The service is self serve so I believe I did a fabulous job. The crew member rang us up with a smile. Recommend this for a quick treat. Nice and clean with hand sanitizer available.

This is by far the best frozen yogurt I've ever tasted. Exceptional flavors and no aftertaste like I've experienced with other frozen yogurt. Very clean store and friendly staff. One of my favorite stops in Fresno.

Caira Perkinskrause, if that is a real name...Because Google will not allow a response, I am posting a review for others to see and to address your slanderous and liable comments.QuickBooks generates all business tax documents, and they are sent to the address on file, so no one ever withheld anything for any reason.As for stalking an ex-employee at their next job, this is absolutely ridiculous.Almost half of the current employees are original hires from over a year ago (not at all common in this industry) and all but 2 ex-employees left for school or family needs.The two others were not eligible for rehire due to theft and harassment of other team members, neither of which will ever be tolerated.Menchie's is a fun and positive place for all team members and guests.Your claims have been reported to Google and to my Attorney.Legal action will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

5 star yogurt in different flavors and an array of toppings is out of this world. It is a must for children as well as adults.
I will never support a business that treats its employees the way that this location does. To threaten an employee, to stalk them at their next job, and then withhold W2 is illegal. Won’t support that and I guarantee that when the IRS finds out Nelson is trying to withhold the W2 of a past employee to intimidate them they will not be too pleased. I support buisnesses that treat their employees like human beings.

my kids love menchies so much. as soon as one of us even mentions Menchies, we all gotta have it! this time i went with my mother and 2 youngest daughters. we walked in right when they opened because we were so excited to have froyo with grandma. we were warmly greeted and welcomed in. everything is clean and organized. the store is fresh first thing in the morning with all the toppings full and the fruit just cut. there are always fun flavors to try. the combinations are endless. grab a cup and fill it to your hearts desire. just remember they charge by weight. it's very affordable and super delicious, worth every penny.

Staff was rude and stingy with the toppings. I had to complain about how little toppings it was. The service could have been better. I don't plan on going back. Save your money!!!!!!!

Always a great visit here! Workers are welcoming and kind, and they keep it clean! Glad no one touches where the yogurt comes out of like I seen at another froyo store nearby. It's my kids go-to spot for a nice cool treat!
