I'm giving Me n Ed's a two because their food is good. The rest is where they fall apart. I've been going to Me n Ed's since the 80's but my last several times I've gone has left a bad experience. It all falls on their app that is truly a horrible design. Everything from points being promised to the app freezing to absolutely no follow-up after purchase or order confirmation. And then to top things off, it's your responsibility that your information gets passed on to their folks every order or you won't get your points. Something that should be automatic through their app!!! I'm a retired operations manager by profession, so I have to ask, who is allowing a great family restaurant such as Me n Ed's to tank in this important area of operations? They need to re-evaluate things.

This place is a joke, they don't even follow there own company policies and procedures, and they don't accommodate there employees who get injuries on the job, instead they terminate them, don't work here they don't care about there employees or there health.

I truly enjoy Milano's here in town. I enjoy the food and drinks, but what I have an issue with is the carry out service.. My order has never been correct. I am either over charged or they did not put everything in my order. When you drive for 15-20 minutes to get your food and they ask you to come back and they will fix it is not okay... Get it right the first time. My time and gas is what you can not replace. Never again do carry out..Not worth it...EVER!!!!!
