Place looks clean, employees need to be a bit more welcoming, other than that the smoothie I ordered (berry banana burst) was good with no artificial flavors added, you can actually taste the fruits.

Girl at the front hardly acknowledged us while ordering. As to why she got our order wrong. I ordered two of the most basic açaí bowls and it took over 15 minutes. The two girls were giggling and messing around the whole time. One of their friends came in and the girls prioritized making that persons order over ours. Which they also received for free! I also ordered a small juice that they did not make. Once I asked for a refund for the juice one of the girls was going to give me a sticky note that would’ve given me a free item with the same amount. I demanded a refund and if it weren’t for the fact that I paid cash I wouldn’t have received a refund. Girl gave me the wrong amount of money. Went back and asked for the correct amount. She rudely handing it to me without saying a word. Don’t waste your time, bowls weren’t good, something I could make at home, very slow and rude service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It lacks all properties required for a food serving foundation!Poor and slow service, employees always in a hurry to take orders and always distracted and not keeping up with orders all which I can be patient about although I shouldn’t as a paying customer!!! But when it comes to finding BROKEN PLASTIC pieces from their blender in my kid’s smoothie this is top tier irresponsibility and carelessness!

Unfortunately, my crew and I did not have the best experience. While waiting in line, we spotted a cockroach on the smoothie machine behind the counter. For obvious reasons we were grossed out and weren't going to eat there after all. We decided to inform them about the pest so we waited until the other customer had left, but before that could happen, one of the employees let us know that the shop was cash-only. Due to overwhelming inconvenience we just decided to leave. I hope others have a better experience.

I order the protien power bowl and it was basically a milkshake with slices of fruit in it smh Rio Acai Bowls in downtown Fresno on Fulton street have the best Acai bowls. Will not going to nektar again.

Typical lazy Fresno business. When I moved from the East Coast I had a vision of California where everyone woke up early and was super healthy. This juice place can't even open on time at 7:30. Watched multiple show up to order this morning (04/19/23) and then pull away because no one was there. Open at 7:30 means open at 7:30, not show up later than that.
Omg if you love sweet and tart smoothies then get an Orange Crush smoothie! By far the best smoothie I've had here in Fresno!

This place has low standards for sanitation and cleanness. I ordered one of their bowls which comes with bananas and strawberries on top. As the girl was preparing the bowl, she went to the back sink to grab a blender, touching the sink faucets, and she hand held a chemical spray bottle to move it to the side. Then she continued prepping my bowl without ever removing her gloves for a new pair, nor washing her hands! She hand cut the strawberries and bananas with the same gloves she wore at the sink and hand held chemical spray bottle. DISGUSTING. Threw the bowl away. I don't blame the girl. Owner/Management need to better train.

I love their basic celery juice special for 5$. It's simple and tasty and their ginger shot with Cayenne pepper hits the spot. Plus you can earn rewards and easily redeem them.

Went here yesterday. The two women working there provided excellent service and willing to go above and beyond. As usual my smoothies were amazing. Love this place!

GREAT first experience. Ordered for pick up through door dash, super easy transaction. It was ready and stored in a little fridge, ready to go when I arrived. Cashier was very friendly. Cute open layout with little decorations perfect for an insta pic ;) I went with the AB health nut, it was thick & delicious. Now I know where to go for a quick smoothie!
