The cashier on the drive thru on 3/26/24 around 11:29 AM WAS RUDE! we wanted to buy and add some extra fortune cookies and she rejected the request. Also, she was in a bad mood and was talking like she didn't feel like working or making money for panda express.

literally, if you can go to any other Panda in Fresno, I would. every single time that we come to this location they have the most rude employees with no customer connections at all. the first couple times I came here I just figured that they're busy and I understood that they were trying to get the line moving. This is beginning to become a reoccurring experience. it's low-key sad because this is the only panda in this area and a lot of people waited to be able to have one in this location. if you want something they never have it ready and they say it will be at least a 12 to 15 minute wait and then they continue to huff and puff when you say you would like to wait for an item that they can easily make.Tried to order bowls with rice and they said they don't serve rice at this location today. When we asked the lady to give us one second to figure out what we now wanted, she repeatedly kept asking us, and being rude about it rushing our entire experience. I am someone who works in a drive-through myself and I would never treat a customer like this. Went to the window and she mumbled so fast and rudely for us to have to go wait in the parking lot that we couldn't even understand what she was saying.. another employee had to talk for her because it seems like her attitude was a problem. I did not catch her name, but she had black and blonde hair mixed together. Usually when I have a bad experience, I just won't come back, but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully this place can get it together.

This was the absolute worst Panda Express I have ever been to. I had to wait for the teriyaki chicken, chow mein and orange chicken. I could understand one or two items being low but there is the items I ordered is ridiculous. The chicken was flavorless and fatty. I wanted to try the new shrimp but they don't give samples at this restaurant. I asked for plates to go with my family meal and they only had one. I will never come back to this location again.

CSR representative had a very rude disposition (eyerolling, very short and unwelcoming comments). Just seemed like the order was an inconvenience.Food was great (chow mein, angus steak, and chilli shrimp). Cheff was on point!

Very fast services, but the amount of orange chicken that I've ordered from other places was filled up way more. The location isn't very busy, so they shouldn't have to be soo cheap. And the orange chicken quality has definitely gone down, because they really skimp out on chicken to bread ratio is totally too much breading and less than half of it is chicken. In the end, the orange chicken is too tough onces it gets cold.

Food is great, but portions are very disappointing. They definitely hold back when it comes to food portions, utensils & condiments. I go for lunch twice a week & get teriyaki chicken & they always forget to include the teriyaki suace. I always have to check my bag & ask for it, even though I ask for the sauces at the ordering booth. But let's not talk about the donations. They never forget to ask us to donate. >:(

Got Kung Pao chic in bowl and looked like it had gone through a blender and was cold. This was in drive thru. Plus you never know if they are going to take credit card. Also don't try to offer coupons to them , they don't like them.

BEWARE!!! Watch before ordering. The employees helping customers and ringing you up are not washing their hands in between orders. Ringing up orders, handing cash, then back at serving the food for the next customers. I asked for a manager and the girl "Mai" said that would be her (pointed at the girl working drive thru window) DOING THE SAME THING!! An hour of being open the selection is next to nothing, and I waited for sides to be done and left with no food because THEY HAD NO CHANGE. Bad management, bad safety management, no cares in the world in these employees. If you were at this location and got sick, that would be due to blood borne pathogens. You would think anyone in the food industry would be used to washing their hands as we are still in the tail of this covid pandemic. Mai did get upset at myself for addressing that issue and was sent off with no lunch. Cooperate did not sound too concerned about the situation neither, however sent a compliantly plate on email. Who wants to go back to a place that no one washes up? Do they wash up after the restroom? Things to think about. Disgusting 100%. UPDATE: it's been 6 hours since corporate stated they had sent a comp meal by email. Nothing yet. So sad how is as consumers get lied too and no concern to us as we are the ones keeping the business alive with our purchases. I guess no one thinks like that anymore.
