We've been trying as many panaderias as we can, as early as possible in the morning. This place was originally built as a Winchell's Donut Shop decades ago. Very dilapidated on the outside. Friendly gentleman working hard when we came in, about 6:20am or so. This is one of the few panaderias we've found that has a selection of donuts to go with the pan dulce. Also, lots of empanadas! Great little place! This pan dulce is delicious. It's about $0.80-$1 a piece. They usually do a great job if you tell them you want a variety. They will fill the bag with the number of pieces you want, all different. The thing that stands out to me are the conchas. I usually am not a fan of conchas, I think a lot of places make them too dry, but here they are soft and so yummy.
