I placed a mobile order and they said it would be done at 545 I get here and the two employee's working we’re both rude and said I needed to wait another 15 minutes for my order. This is ridiculous everyone that came in was being seated to wait longer for their orders. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere next time maybe if the employees weren’t to busy talking to each other they would have the pizzas done in time like I expected.

I visited on Friday. Ordered online. 30 minutes later I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I waited a few minutes and asked to cancel my order. I had to go home and get ready for work. I got an eye roll from the person behind the counter. She said she cancelled my order. I asked for proof since she didn't offer me a receipt. I got home and realized it was a receipt for someone else's order. I waited a few days for the charge to fall off but the charge cleared. I went to the location today to try to get my money back. The same lady was behind the counter and tried to blame it on someone else. I told her she was the one that helped me. She said she couldn't give my money back and she had cancelled the wrong order. She said I would have to call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I could get it online. Yvette is not friendly, helpful or built for customer service. I called my bank and filed with them. They refunded my money. I will NEVER visit this location again.. I would rather drive farther for a good customer service experience. Such a HORRIBLE experience..

I have been coming here 20+ years they alway have good staff and good pizza. I will keep going here. The only bad thing is the parking people from the nail salon park in the spaces that should be for Papa Murphy's they should put signs on their parking stalls.
I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work, which is a good 30 min drive from my house in traffic. I pick up my order, and they normally stack the pizzas so you can carry them out. When I came home I realized my online order of 1/2 Hawaiian & Half Pepperoni was made all Hawaiian. The pizza was sloppily made, and the toppings were skimpy. Papa Murphy's is my favorite pizza place and I've ordered from many locations and never had any issues. I will never order from this location again.

Usually this would be a 5 star for our neighborhood Papa Mupheys but today we went in and got the most pitiful looking calzones. I have never had an issue until now. The dough on top was paper thin. Someone please retrain her so you don't get any more bad reviews. This kids stuffed crust pizzas are amazing as always. They just need some calzone help!

I scheduled my order in the morning for pickup in the evening. when got home i noticed the dough looked a little puffy. Made pizza and it tasted horrible. Like it had been sitting out on the shelve all day. I don't know how early it was made but it was definitely not refrigerated. I thought they made it when it was close for pickup time, i didn't know it was made when ordered. Never scheduling a future order again.

Employees talking about having sick kids while making food is very unprofessional. I no longer wanted my food. And there is always more then a 15 minute wait. even for just a salad

I sometimes grab a family sized pizza from Papas Murphys on my way home from work. I recently picked up a Murphys Combo. The pizza is a "You bake" type of pizza that takes 12 minutes to cook. Their pizzas are made with lots of topping and are delicious.
