An absolute gem of a restaurant. Authentic northern Italian dishes served up by over-attentive wait staff while the owner circles the dining room insuring guests are pleased. The best Italian Homemade pastas, meats and more. If you haven’t eaten here yet or are visiting Fresno, do it.

By far the best Italian food I have ever had. The service it's always great and the owner is lovely! It feels very homey, while the open kitchen adds a special touch. I can't wait to be able to dine on the patio when the weather starts warming up! I can't recall the name of the pasta I had but it's one of their meatless options paired marvelously with a side of balsamic glazed chicken breast. For dessert I had the parfait which was the perfect ending. A true culinary experience!

Our first visit to the restaurant was delightful. We booked ahead but for a busy time on a Friday evening. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived but we were greeted warmly and were given seats at the bar for a strong cocktail. We enjoyed watching the chefs in the open kitchen do their thing. Our server seated us and helped us pick wine for our meals which we appreciated. The food was just what we expected and we enjoyed every bite! As a vegetarian I was happy to have options to choose from, so next time we go I will have something different to enjoy. The service was impeccable for the whole time we were there, very attentive and friendly. Friday evening my friends and I went to Parma's for dinner. Reservations had been made and we arrived at our appointed time. We were seated, water was poured and reviewing the menu. Within 10 minutes the owner came over and said this table was reserved and quickly and rudely picked up our menus. The wait staff was surprised and set up a table for 2 to make it 3 right across from where we were previously seated. We took our own waters to the new table and the owner never gave us another thought as she seated friends we assumed. (She did spend most of the time visiting with them through out their dinner). We waited another 10 min for a waiter to come. By this time we were really not happy campers. The waiter apologized and said he would comp our drinks. (Which he did not). We finally ordered our drinks and an appetizer which was delicious. (a sampler). Following our pasta the wait staff came to clear our plates and started cleaning the table. We had to remind them we had not received our main course. Really?Myself and I had not eaten all our pasta and wanted to take it home. They boxed my friends and she got hers. Mine did not come till we asked and then brought me somebody else's. What the heck! For dinner our food was wonderful. From the lamb to the Chef's Choice #2. I had the steak and was cooked to perfection. Of course dessert was out of this world. Crème Brûlée and Mousse. Our dinner did end on a good note being the meal was wonderful. But, will we be back soon? Sadly no. Rudeness is unacceptable!

Had reservations for a group of 7, was seated on time. Server was courteous, answered questions about the different dishes. Great Northern Italian food , the chef Hass to be commended. They have a good wine selection, and I find the prices are very fair. I will be gone back with my family.

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance, arrived and they had not record of it. Acted like they weren't going to honor the reservation. The driest, no cheese, no flavor lasagna made with hamburger meat. Duck was cold. Bruschetta didn't have and cheese, no vinegar, no basil. Had chopped tomatoes and stale bread for high price. Worst waiter ever! Never asked us if we needed anything or how things were. Overpriced, will never go back.

Do yourself a favor and visit Parma’s! I have lived down the street from this restaurant for the past 3yrs and I finally tried Parma’s in December 2023. This place is great! The main lady greeted me with a handshake with a beautiful smile, making me felt like I’ve known her for years. My second visit same lady greeted me with a big hug! I love my Asian Waiter, he’ has excellent taste with drinks and foods. The Atmosphere is chill and cool but all the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is delicious, some Italian classics and with a twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. And please support your local own businesses.

This was my parents favorite restaurant in Fresno. We've gone here for decades. Great place. Great food. Though my parents are gone we go to support and honor them at this establishment. I think this is the best Italian restaurant in Fresno and one of the top in California.

It was wonderful we were there a weekAgo for my grandson’s and his wife 15 years anniversary. There were 10 of us. From the appetizers, bread, wineeverything we order was a 5 star. It’s as if we were in another country. I loved the raviolis, lamb the best I ever tasted. The tray with everything on it. Lamb, steak, chicken, special assorted Italian meats was out of this world. escargot, that you can’t hardly get anywhere we’re on the menu. We eat, we had wine, dessert. Elena is very special, she is there to greet you, to serve you, asking you if everything thing is ok. Always with a big smile. I’ve been going there for a long time. My grandson and wife have never experienced something the atmosphere, menu items they have never seen before and tasted before. I know they will be taking a lot of there client, friends most of family ME. My best place to eat. Remember the food is light, delicious you will enjoy all you want to eat. I never thought I could eat some much, noOne went out filling uncomfortable for over eating. Thank you Elaina and all your crew. ⭐️Vegetarian options: All the food was delicious. First came the bread and butter. The bread was fresh and warm, the butter was excellent. I had the duck my husband the rabbit my daughter had a plate that had so much food onIt. We didn't make a reservation so we sat at the bar - definitely would get a table next time because parties waiting by the door got loud. We had the chef's special which included a pasta to start, but it was a bit more al dente than I'd prefer - some pieces were hard. Then the main entrees of steak or chicken with vegetables was ok, cooked well but bland & the plate portion is the size of a record, not very fancy. Dessert like the chocolate mousse was pretty good, except the cheesecake was kinda not tasting like cheesecake - not sure what it was. But the service was great. I think we'll need to come again with a different experience to give it a better shot.
