I’ve been coming here for yearsssss since before the pandemic, sadly during the pandemic they added different workers and the service has not been the same. These new employees have no regard for where their hair ends up. I love their food but ending up with their hair in my food bag is gross! Not only that but I called before I came inside to ensure my food was ready, the girl picked up the phone(I was parked outside right by the door so I saw it all) and quickly put it down and walked off.. I didnt even get to say a single word. She never got back to me. I hung up and tried to call back like 10 more times and obviously the calls didn’t even go through cause she hadn’t hang the phone. When I came inside I tried to tell the girl about their phone and she just brushed me off and ignored me. Just not a pleasant experience today and hadn’t been for a while now.

I've been to this place a couple times. Last time being a year ago. Since then, their quality of food has went down and their prices skyrocketed by about 33%. My wife ordered the pho and sandwich combo and I ordered the large pho. When my wife's food came, I noticed the sandwich looked old and stale. We took a bite and you can tell it definitely has been sitting out for a while. The sandwich tasted old. Now my guess is, since they offer half sandwiches, they probably make a full sandwich and cut it in half for a customer, and save the other half until another customer orders another combo. This is also by far the most expensive pho place I've recently been to in Fresno with pho bowls reaching upwards and 19 dollars...19 DOLLARS!!!! For that price you can go to an all you can eat buffet and get multiple bowls of pho. Sorry, but this place is not worth it, and it has definitely declined in quality.

This is the spot that got us into eating pho. Very good. Customer service is great. The ONLY thing i don’t like is how sometimes the soup doesn’t come out as hot as it should. Some days it’s just “warm” idk about anyone else but i like my soup to come out boiling hot. Other than that this is my favorite spot. I get the beef soup.

I took my 4 kids which added up to a guess of 5. This place charged me $14 for gratuity & $5 to use my debit card. Correct me if I'm wrong but how do you expect a 3 yr old, 7 yr old, 12 yr old, & 16 yr old to split a tip? & then had the nerve to charge me 5% of my bill to use my debit card after spending almost $100 with you!!!? I'm so beyond pissed....

My food arrived cold. The sandwich had very little meat and the bread was hard. The rice plate was cold. The pork was dry and over cooked.

Honestly this used to be the best pho spot in town but since they've been under new ownership, all aspects of the restaurant other than the scenery have declined. And while I've wanted to chop it up to staff having bad and/or busy days, unfortunately that's just not the case. So for me of course the straw that broke the camels back was myself and my family ( african americans) sitting down in the restaurant with only 2 other tables filled with customers one of which was an African american man and his partner and another family of Hispanic descent. We all had been waiting for 30 mins plus when they brought out the African american gentleman's food and served him. Some sort of dialog was exchanged in regards to the wait time and also in regards to Xtra condiments the customer needed. Well apparently the worker didn't like what was asked of him because as he passed by our table he murmured some very racist words (I prefer to not to repeat) to himself in his native language of Spanish. And I'm sure he wasn't expecting that we would understand his words because he said it in a different language but derogatory words in spanish aren't hard to understand when you have Hispanic people in your circle. and after the other gentleman also confirmed he heard the same thing and validated what I heard we got up and left immediately after speaking with the young girl who was the "manager" on duty Who also by the way tried to defend the disrespectful workers behavior. At that point I decided this is NO LONGER the establishment for our family or anyone of our culture for that matter!! The disrespect and unprofessionalism at this place is beyond horrible. And while some of the workers may live in a space where they think their disfunction and rude behavior is non existence, please read all the reviews from other customers and be a judge for yourself. The common denominator is usually the culprit.

Yesterday I called pho 75 to reserve a whole duck and 2 pounds of bbq pork for me, needed to take for a party...spend almost $60 on both...got there, waited 10 minutes just for the server to ring me up and another 15 minutes for my orders...I didn't check my order until I got to the party, omg they slaughter the duck...its like a little kid ripping it out and throwing in on the to go plate...it was so unpresentable that I couldn't even put it out on the table...its the worst of all...the standard there is not like before, now they don't care much about presentation...
