Their new pizza crust system makes the middle way too flimsy when eating and I order mine extra baked. Even the pie rise crust is flimsy extra baked. I dont understand, bring back the old way of pressing dough

Please keep your restrooms open at night. It is California law that restaurants provide restroom access. Employees closed the restroom at 9:30 on a Friday and told my kids to use the restroom at the theater. This is unacceptable for the price of the food and quite frankly made our visit inconvenient as I had to walk my kids to the theater to restroom mid dinner. Please address this with staff.

Me and my wife always come to this location after or before a movie.I absolutely hate coming here when a certain girl is working. I don’t know her name or position here.But when Dom is working, I know the service will be friendly and my food will come out great.He’s very attentive and his work ethic is above many of the other workers.Joey as well is a great asset to this team.These guys really shine in tough situations every time I’ve been here.

We have had bad experiences with this specific pieology but today was the worst. The first guy who helped us I think his name is Trey was amazing. When we went to check out Jayden,which was the name on the receipt and had a long braid, seemed to hate being where he was and was super rude to my husband and I. To top it off both our pizzas were burnt, hard , and tasted horrible. It not letting me upload the video but you can literally see and hear how hard it is.

Came in with my significant other to grab pizzas as this is the only pizza place they can eat at, the first person who helped them was rude, didnt listen and almost contaminated his pizza by just throwing things on to mine, than a staff member who just started their shift was thrown under the bus and had to pass out pizzas to people but did know who's was who's and kept giving the wrong pizzas to people because the employees who knew refused to assist him it was just a bad experience all the way around

Pieology altogether is a respectable company, but every time I come to this one (because it's the one everyone likes to come to), it's always undercooked. I even asked for them to cook it longer, and make it crispy. It's still undercooked. I do ask for a lot of toppings, so that has something to do with it, but I was always trained to leave it in the over longer with that being the case. It's just always undercooked. Staff is alright some days, lately they have been nice, but the only thing good about this particular location. Is the atmosphere.

Came in to eat with my spouse super bowl night at around 8pm. It was honestly the worst experience ever here. We have never been this appalled. Food taste is great but the service is terrible! I got in line and I asked for a pesto sauce. The bottle visibly nearly empty and the person helping us kept banging it on the table to come out and it would barely expel any sauce. She did not change it for a new one whatsoever. I barely got sauce on my pizza and did the same thing again for my spouses pizza. The most inappropriate thing is the workers rolling their eyes, smacking their lips and sighing loudly as they complained that people were coming in. At one point a worker tells a coworker “go pick up the chairs so people think we’re closed.” mind you its 8pm and they close at 11pm. My party and 2 other families had no choice but to sit together on the long table because all the other tables had their chairs up. Maybe they had a long day. I get it but it’s extremely unprofessional behavior and it’s not fair to the customers who come in excited to enjoy a meal. This encounter made me regret spending my money here!

Pizza came out burnt :/ and the inside didn't look very well kept... counters by checking out looked sticky.... I know it's not basil season but I wish they'd check out their toppings before offering them to people... I ate as much as I could salvage.. The location is convenient but they need to do a better job cleaning pleaseee.

The worker was really nice and she did mention she was alone and stresses sometimes. But pizzas we're burned and my Nutella one was raw. The salad was gross and rotten. There was a guy in back with long hair preparing the dough and he is not wearing no hairnet, not sure if was manager but kept staring weird at us especially after I complained . They either need to get more employees or be more attentive pizza was too burned to eat . I did although get a refund on my sale
