The girl who delivered my pizza was rude. The service from her was awful. She put the pizza on the FLOOR. Never again.I kinda lost my appetite but im done with this location. I was just getting my money to pay, there was ABSOLUTELY no need to do that.

Awful customer service. Called to order a pizza. Finally got someone from another country, for some reason on the phone asking me 7 times over and over for my address, even though I kept answering, then advertised a special for a large pizza with "up to 5 toppings" according to them, so I ordered a pepperoni with extra marinara, which is 2 toppings, and then I'm told I have to put more on the pizza or I have to pay $26.99 for the pizza. Um, I was told "up to 5 toppings" which means between 1 and 5 by an intelligent individuals understanding. Don't advertise something for a price, and then change the price to make a quick buck. Also, the customers need to speak directly to the people handling their food, not a call center. Red flag right off the bat. To corporate, no family values here.

COVID-19 PHASE: My mom called and ordered their Cinnabons. They have curb side. She called when we arrived. The worker was masked and very kind. The order was still hot and smelled delicious! Tasted delicious too! Cinnamon and icing goodness! Great service and delicious Cinnabons! It was simple and easy to do in these times! Highly recommended! =)~~~

I just got a delivery from this location everything looks like it's been siting there all day there's mounds n clumps of sugar on the cinnamon sticks and the cheese on the pizza is nasty and stale everything looks DISGUSTING....

Hadn't been by here in a while. I ordered online for pick up. I was really surprised when my pick up time was listed as 10-20 minutes. Wow, that was like rocket fast for a Sunday evening. We waited 10 minutes then drove over there. It was ready! The girl at the counter was really nice. When we got home the pizza was hot and very tasty.

Big huge kudos to the entire staff because they are not only professional, but personable and absolutely on point EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. WORST SERVICE EVER -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I placed my online order 4 hours in advance and received my order almost 1 hour LATE for my grandson's birthday party. By the time I received my order most of the children had left the party and the rest were crying because they were starving. The pizza's were cold and hard and the wings were lukewarm and short on quantity across the board. When I called to inquire on the status of my order a half hour prior, I was on HOLD for almost 15 minutes and was told there was nothing I - or they - could or would do about the lateness of my order! I will be disputing the price I paid for this type of service!!

I was a regular at my local Pizza Hut, at the time of my last order I had 12 orders placed within 30 days, that's 3 orders per week! I also had more than enough points for free pizza. Long story short (sort of lol) I ordered, found a hair under a slice of pizza as I lifted it up and immediately called to let them know of the issue. The lady that answered stated she needed to speak to the manager, I could hear "the manager" in the background yelling and cursing about my situation. Told the lady to tell me If I wanted another pizza sent I would need to return the pizza with the hair on it, but there was no way I would take another pizza from them, I don't think anyone else would either after hearing the manager's level of professionalism, or lack thereof. I requested my money back, he continued to yell over the lady to the point she had to tell him (in an annoyed voice) she couldn't hear me speak. He told her to ask me how much I paid for the pizza (the exact amount as I had used a coupon and ordered wings on the side). I told her the delivery guy kept receipt, but not to worry at this point I did not want a refund either just to get this manager's name as I was planning on reporting his terrible behavior. She apologized and gave me his name (I could tell she was terribly embarrassed, I hope she gets paid enough). I sent a complaint to the main website, received an email stating I would hear back from higher up of this restaurant within 3 days. 9 days later, nothing. I called the 800 number and they escalated the issue. I am to wait another 3 days, but 10 days later, I do not think I will ever hear back from anyone regarding this terrible experience. A simple apology would have been appreciated, I am not requesting a refund, but even that is apparently too much to ask for. There is a plus to this whole situation, I am now a little bit richer at the end of each week as I am no longer ordering from Pizza Hut. My wallet is thanking me!

Ordered online. They need to update their hours of operation on the site. I made my order at around 9:30 am and pickup time given to me was around 9:50 am. I get there at 9:56 am and doors were locked. Sign says they open at 10 am. When employee opened door, the screen for orders said ready time 9:53, yet he told me it was still in the oven and about another 7-8 minutes wait.

Shame on me for once again thinking Pizza Hut wouldn't ruin my night. My fault, really, for clinging to hope that this damn place wouldn't screw me over AGAIN. I swear, flames are coming out of eyeballs, ears and nostrils as I type this. This is an EPIC level of pissed that I have not reached in a VERY long time. I called to place an order at 8:18. I was on the phone for over 17 minutes because the dude was trying to "connect" my call to someone else in order for me to provide credit card info. When the call never got picked up for me to do this, he told me I'd just have to present my card upon delivery and the delivery dude would end up calling the store with my card info to run the numbers. Fine. I guess. I'm told the wait is 35 minutes. I start sitting outside of my house after an hour. I'm growing steadily more pissed at every passing minute. My three kids were told that pizza was on the way and no, they couldn't have any snacks. That was an hour ago. By the way, I ordered a Big Box with pasta for $21.99. The FOOD cost $21.99. After tax and the outrageous delivery charge of $4.66, my total is almost $32! WTF, Pizza Hut?! I called Pizza Hut to find out that my order was never placed. The dude who took my order was with a call center, apparently. I'm yelling at the poor dude who had picked up the phone. I apologize for yelling. He tells me he can get a supervisor on the phone. I wait. He comes back and instead of speaking with a supervisor, the same dude tells me they can make my order and give me 20% off. Seriously, dude?! You're going to give me $5 off and I'm supposed to be okay with that?! And I've already waited over an hour and 15 minutes on an order that was supposed to take 35. This fail has reached utterly retarded proportions. I tell pizza dude to tell his supervisor or manager or whatever that 20% can basically kiss my a** and throw in some choice words to effectively communicate my profound feelings over this jacked up situation. This is when I hang up and start looking for something on Uber Eats. Quite unfortunately for me, it's now 9:40 and my dinner selection has been severely narrowed down to only a few open places thanks to Pizza Hut dicking me around since calling them a little after 8:00. I'm still looking at the Uber Eats app at 9:53 when I get a call from Pizza Hut asking me if I was going to pick up my order. YES. Me. Pick up the order that was supposed to be DELIVERY. At a different location, too! Call center idiot placed my order at First and Nees instead of Blackstone! I let the chick know in no uncertain terms that NO, I was NOT going to pick up the most screwed up pizza order in the history of forever. Before hanging up on her, I told her to throw that $hit in the trash and stop outsourcing calls and screwing over hungry families expecting some goddamn pizza because ordering dinner should NOT be this stupid. It's 10:17 and I'm going to grab dinner from goddamn McDonalds or something because what other choice do I have? Honestly, this is the most pissed off yelp review I have EVAR passionately typed out with my thumbs. Get your act together, Pizza Hut.
