One thing about me is I've always loved me some Pokiland. I've been eating here for yearss. I started going since they had their Herndon location up. Since it's been gone, I been making a longer trip to this location which is about 20 mins away from me. Like some of the newer reviews said, they're under new management which I understand is reasonable to switch things up. However, it just doesn't hit the same anymore. My favorite topping kimchi is discontinued, avocado is now an up charge, unagi sauce is gone. I don't know if it's worth the drive for me anymore, with tip it's getting a little expensive. I'm so sad, but don't think I would be coming as often as I use to.

Unfortunately due to the place being under new management, it's being reconstructed as another Pacific Poki. A lot of the toppings, proteins and stuff are being taken out but the prices still remaining high as ever. The workers don't even seem happy working here and they skimp out on a lot of the scoops and portions. I used to be obsessed with Pokiland, but it's not the same anymore. Won't be returning, sadly finding a new poke place is difficult when you've been coming to the same one for years.

All right, so let's get this started First things first the prices YOU'RE FREAKING KIDDING ME FOR A LARGE SIZE BOWL IT'S ALMOST $30 you can go to butterfish and get a large size bowl with the same amount of rice and same amount of toppings for only 15 And on top of that her attitude didn't really inspire confidence in me. I tried asking about what do people usually like here and she seemed like the very antisocial type so trying to make a conversation is basically impossible And last and I guess this is a preference but still it doesn't make a lot of sense to me because this will cook the fish from the bottom why is the rice hot normally the rice room temperature or cold I could see steam coming out of it God sakes and also why in the world is the avocado more like guacamole. UPDATE: last night about an hour after posting this I got sick from the food don't go here period

I used to go to pokiland pretty frequently. But in the last month I’ve driven out for a baked salmon bowl (I can’t eat raw) on 2 different occasions and they’ve been out. This particular offering isn’t reliable- and I’ve walked out hungry and having driven out to their location feeling like I wasted my time :/

Got food from here on Sunday Jan. 14 2024 around 12:30 pm. The girl with the blonde hair had a very bad attitude. I asked her if I could get a wrap and she’s like no we don’t do that here but I was confused because that is what the menu said that you could upgrade to the wrap for $1.00. I said okay never mind thanks. So then my hubby took over to order his food and she was also very rude to him and had a stank face the whole time. When she was done she handed us the bowl with no bag and said a very fake “have a nice day”. I had to ask her to give me a bag so i could place the hot bowl in there. She put it in the bag and handed it back and turned around and walked away. Food was good but I would never spend my hard earned money here again. Girl needs to fix her attitude. Her job is not that hard, she must have got mad that we interrupted her cellphone session.

I really love the food here, most of the staff is nice and the manager was super nice. I think the times on here and on their door are wrong lol I came over because google said open and the times on the door said open but the girl inside said it was closed even though I got here an hour before their supposed closed time, which is 9pm lol

My girlfriend lives off of this place. We go there at least twice a week.Good service although they could be a bit more friendly. They always make it fresh right in front of you.$10.35 for the veggie bowl. $13 something for the double scoop protein.Vegetarian options: You can get a pure vegetarian bowl if you want to.Dietary restrictions: You choose what you put in the bowl so it's great for those on a strict diet.

I used to eat here all the time and I was part of the rewards program (which I loved). Unfortunately after COVID, their prices skyrocketed which is why I give it 4 stars. There honestly nothing wrong with the food or the service but the prices are outrageous. $15.50 for a small (2 scoops of protein) and $19 for the large build your own (5 scoops of protein) is pretty insane.Doing a simple price comparison with Butterfish, their regular size bowls are $12.75 (3 scoops of protein) and their larges are $14.75 (5 scoops or protein) which way more reasonable. I know I shouldn't eat there if I dont like it but I actually like it and it would be awesome if Pokiland re-evaluted their pricing. For now, I'm going Butterfish.Sorry Pokiland. It's not worth it anymore =/

Delicious food, fresh & flavorful! Staff very friendly & helpful in suggesting sauces to achieve the taste I wanted. Good portions; Best seaweed salad I’ve ever had. Clean with nice friendly atmosphere.Parking: Located in a supermarket shopping mall, there was plenty of parking near the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get from handicap parking space to restaurant. Doors & isles wide enough for wheelchair & can roll up to table to eat. Choices printed above where you can read them easily. Bathroom big enough for wheelchairs.

Used to be one of my favorite spots in the old location. New spot feels very lifeless and bland.Food was still good but insanely expensive for what you're getting.
